Best hair vitamin
I thought I could only get this in the States , so grateful that I managed to get it on Amazon, as obviously I can’t travel now

PLEASE BE CAREFUL
I have been taking Biosil every day for many years now. Firstly I want to say that it does work for the intended purpose, maybe even too well. Shortly after I started taking it my nails grew thicker, they actually have small ridges on them know and feel bullet proof. My hair is also thicker now. However, over the last 6 months I have noticed side effects. Increasingly I have noticed my pulse was very strong all of the time and more recently I have started getting heart palpitations. I eventually went to the GP who referred me to a cardiologist. As you can imagine this has been very distressing as I believed I had something wrong with my heart. Before I went to the cardiologist I thought I would research Biosil to see if there are any side effects and I found a few forums and reviews which showed heart palpitations as being one. I stopped taking it straight away and after a day and a half I am back to normal. Whilst this is a huge relief I feel I need to warn other customers of the potential for this. Obviously every body is different and I might be a small minority who experience this but just buy this with open eyes and look through the negative reviews first as other side effects are being reported.Biosil don't list any side effects on their packaging, probably because they don't have to with it being considered a supplement, but they must be aware of this (if I can find out after 10 minutes Googling). I think it's very irresponsible of them not to list potential side effects as they're essentially putting profit above the health of their customer which I find vile.There is only 60 odd reviews on this listing at the time of writing but I did find other listings in the UK and US with thousands of reviews which reveal side effects such as acne, headaches, bloating and heart palps. Please do your research before mindlessly putting supplements into your body like I did.
