I have been drinking Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar each morning for some time because I have read about the health benefits. I love the convenience and portability of this product. I purchased gel caps because I want to take ACV without harming my tooth enamel. I've read that drinking ACV every day can be rough on teeth, and I don't need those kinds of problems. Since this is encapsulated, I don't have to worry about it hurting my teeth, and I can still benefit from daily ACV intake. These are soft gel caps, and very easy to swallow. I highly recommend this product. The reason is that it is too easy to eat. I have only consumed liquid apple cider vinegar. But it was sometimes inconvenient to eat depending on the smell or location. However, while it smells a bit like apple cider vinegar (of course it's apple cider vinegar), it's not uncomfortable and it's easy to eat anywhere, anytime. I am very happy and I will buy this product again.

I don't know if I can afford to keep paying for this, but it is superior quality, as you can actually smell the vinegar, and know that it is pure liquid, within the gel capsule.

I had to get used to the size of the capsules, too big to intake. It does stabilize your digestive system. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in evening. They need to be more concentrated in my opinion. I personally saw results within the second week. I need to reorder another bottle. Price isn't bad either.
