Tastes like hot coco mix crushed into a pill
Tastes like eating hot cocoa mix strait from the container....sort of... Don't know if they actually give you much, if anything.

Than to need and not have it.Train yourself and your loved ones in the proper use of basic first aid techniques and items. It can save a life.I am including this in my first aid/emergency kits.
