If you are lucky enough to have a small head I’m sure this might be useful, but it’s so small I cannot believe its been designed to fit an average adult. As such once finally stretched enough to put on it crushes your head to a degree that’s almost painful.....Basically a complete waste of money....

You look really stupid wearing this, it's certainly a passion killer. It's not particular comfortable, although you do get use to it. It's essentially designed to keep your mouth shut! It's not so tight that you can't talk and I'm not even sure whether it did keep my mouth shut (I'm asleep) but the bottom-line is my wife says "It doesn't work" On Night 1, she thought it had reduced the volume of snoring but Night 2 she changed her mind! It was as bad as ever. I've persevered but to no avail. If the proof is in the pudding, I'm afraid this pudding is only half baked.

it is a stripe to control your mouth and keep your mouth always shut during the sleeping process.I think it does help me somehow. but a bit tips for whoever wear it, use two pillows while wearing this, to make your throat and neck rest a bit better. otherwise it does cause some discomfort. but at least it does its job. plus I found a side benefit from this, it helps you control the double chin too. lol

Waste of money! I had hoped this would help with hubbys snoring and sleep apoenea. Did absolutely nothing and he said was fairly uncomfortable!Went for the mouth guard instead and this had cured it completely!!

A bit on the small size but effective. You have to position the straps correctly. There is a gap for your ears but too small and can be painful if you put your ears between the straps so alter the position of the straps to suit.I am sure there are more confortably fitting ones.

Purchased two of these one for myself and the other for my wife. Very uncomfortable to wear but went with it. After half hour wife woke me up to say snoring was actually worse than before. An hour later had to wake my wife up as her snoring was actually louder than ever.Very uncomfortable to wear, gives you jaw ache.

Purchased hoping that this would work and that my household would have restful sleep like the chick in the picture. I’m a mouth breather and my bed sucks. Tried almost everything that doesn’t require a cpap or surgery. This is comfortable. I’ll give it that. Holy hell. This AMPLIFIED the sound! I hope this works for others.

It's really difficult to put on and almost impossible to guide the gap bit around your ears. If you succeed in doing that it sits very oddly and doesn't hold your jaw shut. Whichever way you wear it, your face will be very uncomfortably contorted and squashed up. Hopeless product.
