Beautiful Watch
Very pleased with this watch, it looks really expensive. It stays in place on my 7inch wrist, but it is not tight, doesn't dig in to my wrist. It's fantastic ! It's the best watch I have every had and I am 76 years old. It's very comfortable.

Good value-for-money watch
The gold-plated version was purchased. It is a very nice watch and is good value for money. It is well finished, the dial is clear and easy to read, and the expanding metal bracelet appears to give a sensible degree of tension. In use, this should make for comfortable wearing. The description given on Amazon leaves something to be desired. As the watch case is elliptical, the 'Diameter' of 19mm as given is meaningless, as it's not clear whether this refers to the major or minor axis of the ellipse. The bracelet is 7mm wide, not 8mm as stated. However, the thickness of the watch as given is correct. The correct dimensions measured from the watch itself are shown in my first photo. The internal size of the watch and bracelet, for fitting to the wrist, is difficult to measure but as an approximation I tried to form a perfect arc with the bracelet; the arc had an internal diameter of 51mm.The second photo shows the packaging, but only because this is how it was sent - put inside a standard Amazon 235mm x 180mm cardboard envelope. By luck it arrived undamaged but things must have been touch and go as it winged its way here. A bit of bubble wrap would have been a help.

This simple, elegant narrow oval is great for daytime activity ---
Round watches are numerous, plump ovals are quite easy to find, but I prefer narrow ovals and they are thin on the ground. This lucky find is quick and easy to read, even without my reading glasses. It has small clear numbers with a slightly larger "12" and "6"; the short but very clear hour & minute hands are designed not to overlap the figures and thus blur the readings; and the tiny black sweep-hand needle is just different enough to avoid a confusing image when its circling overlaps the other hands twice a minute.I enjoy the appearance of a narrow oval watches, as a complement to the full circle of my older daytime watch, and this one has a sense of elegance, a contrast to the other's moon-faced utility for hard or dirty work days. But the overall simplicity of the design is good fashion, too.It fits comfortably on my 16cm (5-1/4 inches) wrist; a longer strap would allow the watchface to slip away out of sight, which is a nuisance when both hands are actively employed. When putting on the watch, the strap needs a fairly strong pull to be stretched over the hand, but then fits snugly close to the skin. Reluctantly, I advise anyone with a larger wrist to avoid this product, but it would be fine for teenagers, fine-boned adults -- and thin old ladies.Unusually, it comes with a battery fitted, which is a polite touch. But be advised:-- first you have to remove a tiny, almost invisible, clear plastic tab around the stem of the winder. Best to have a magnifying glass and a pair of eyebrow tweezers handy!I recommend it as an excellent product, though only for small-ish people.

Too Small
Nice watch but bracelet too tight on my 7½" wrist. So tight, in fact, that my skin was pinched by it. I returned it. I had tried to ascertain the length of the bracelet before ordering but couldn't find any reference to it.
