With all the choices on the market it can be hard to choose the one that works right for you! I am100% satisfied with this one and glad I was introduced to it. I have been using this product for more than a week and I have already noticed an increase in my energy level along with clearer skin. I am BEYOND grateful to this product.

My doctor did a urine culture after I'd taken this because it was the only thing different that would have made me sick. The culture came back with harmful bacteria, not just helpful bacteria. My doctor believes it's beneficial of Probiotics. I'm afraid to take the rest of these since I became ill after having taken my first one, that was outside of the return date, but wasn't remotely close to being expired. I'd just ordered before I realized I had another bottle in my unused stock and used the other one first as it would have expired prior to this one, even though it wasn't even close to expiration either. But when the previous bottle and brand was empty and I opened this bottle and took it the first time, I was up sick all night with nausea and vomiting. I went to the doctor the following day. They had me do a clean catch when they did a urine sample. It came back with harmful bacteria as well as helpful bacteria. I'm not prone to UTIs nor did I have any symptoms of one such a burning or pain. This was just something that may have been what caused me to have the upset stomach so Im afraid to take the rest.

Mine arrived today and I always take pre and probiotics so I was very excited to try a new bad. I opened the bottle and almost vomited the smell was so foul. I’ve tried a dozen brands and have never had this happen. I did try to swallow one just thinking to go for it. I gagged the entire time and I take 6-8 vitamins a day! Absolutely something wrong with this bottle. I went to look for other reviews that had smell issues. Try any other brand. I bought this with two other kinds to try and none had an odor besides these. They smell rotten. Horrifyingly bad! What a waste of money!

I cannot attest to if they are an effective probiotic or not because I only took about a week's worth and then stopped. I noticed they were very hard to swallow, so I decided to open them and put the powder into yogurt to consume it that way. But it was not powder, it was a hard, solid form. I had already recycled the bottle so I could not ask for a return and ended up throwing them out. I don't know if the batch I received was old or if that's how they are supposed to be, but it was a negative experience for me.

I will never touch another probiotic or prebiotic again. This is the 2nd one I tried and got a bad bacteria infection. Cost me $90 just to get some antibiotics for it. I don’t have insurance so I had to pay cash to go to a gyno to see what the hell was going on. It was horrible. I guess my body isn’t cut out for stuff like this. I’m done trying to help my mood and my bacteria and all that crap. No more pills for me.

I bought this product in a 2 pack with another Zentastic Pro/Prebiotic. The other one was a 60 count so I assumed this one was also a 60 count. It’s not. It’s only a 30 count. I didn’t look carefully at the fine print or product label. So the price point wasn’t as good as buying them separately. Don’t make my mistake - look carefully!!

This product could have been a godsend, but for whatever reason it ended up causing major painful breakouts and very strong acidic urine. Not for me for sure.

Loved these so much. I've bought 4 bottles! But my last bottle stunk horribly and tasted disgusting. My stomach hurt after taking them. Not impressed.
