Seem To Help With Focus/Clear Thinking
I have been looking for some good sources of PS. This seemed like it was worth a try.ARE THESE HARD TO SWALLOW?These are standard capsules and are not difficult to swallow.ODOR?I did not detect any big odor with these.ANY ISSUES?I had no digestive or headache issues with these.DO THEY HELP?I did experience better focus and clear thinking the days I took these. When I stopped, I did notice I was not thinking quite as focused or clearly.THE BOTTOM LINEThese seem to help me with focus and clear thinking without any adverse reactions.MY RATINGFIVE STARS at this point. If they continue to help, I would buy another bottle in the future.

Listen to the reviews of people that use this product over time
I have been using Wellness Resources products for years. I was unable to take B vitamins as every brand I tried aggravated my bladder. I started on WR's B's and no issue! The quality and efficacy are without equal. Most of their supplements, you have to take them over time AND if you want to test their effectiveness, take for at least one month and stop for a couple of weeks. The difference is night and day. I stopped taking this PhosphatidylSerine for two weeks to test the difference it makes. My memory and focus were dramatically less. At 67 I don't want to fool around with things that do not work.I learned this by taking their Calcium AEP for back and joint paint (this calcium delivers to the nerves). I had no idea how much low-level pain was gone until I let myself run out. Never again. As a side note, I recommended Calcium AEP to two friends with MS. Both report a striking difference in the improvement of symptoms, including in one case regaining the ability to walk with a walker after two years in a wheelchair. If someone writes a review without testing the effect of this quality product by taking it for a few weeks and then stopping to test the results, I'd caution you to not to consider that review.

Caution
This was not for me. This made me feel weird and so I stopped takeing it. I’m not sure if I would level out with long term use. I use their daily multivitamins with no problem.

Not suitable for me
I’ve used other forms of phosphatidylserine with no problem. However, this version made me really wired. It probably provides good focus for most people, but I’m very sensitive to many medications and this was just not the right product for me.

Really does work
I'll admit, I had to do some research before trying this supplement. For years I took a multi-vitamin daily and figured that's all I needed. Oh how wrong I was. Anyways, PhosphatidylSerine or PS caters to your brain and how it connects the dots so to speak. It helps you remember things and helps you get out of that brain fog that can be frustrating. While it usually takes a couple of weeks to really see a difference, I started noticing changes almost immediately. Nothing drastic, but subtle little changes and me no longer asking myself "Now what was I doing?"In my research I did read that this should not be taken with blood thinners and certain medicines, so check with your doctor. Also, it says you should not take it longer than six months. (But there was no reasoning listed as to why).

Subtle at best
The research for PhosphatidylSerine looked interesting but I've always found it to have subtle effects, at best, when added to my nutritional supplement regimen.

Brain Health Supplement
Phosphatidylserine is a component of lecithin in small amounts and may have cognitive-enhancing abilities. I first became interested in it after I read it may help improve a person's golf game. It didn't necessarily improve mine, but it may have other cognitive benefits as well.Wellness Resources seems like a good brand. Not only have they been around for a while (since 1985), they do third-party testing too. I like to see companies that have longevity and that do testing. The price is reasonable as well, especially given the quality of the brand.

Works as well as other PhosphatidylSerine supplements I've taken
Able to think clearer because of this supplement or most other PhosphatidylSerine supplements that I've taken. Noticed that it has the same effect after taking this for a week. Recommended.Better than soy-based PhosphatidylSerine supplements as I don't trust soy. After coq10, D3, magnesium, and enzymes, turmeric/pepper this supplement is probably one of my favorite supplements to take.
