I tried very hard to take these supplements as directed - two capsules on an empty stomach an hour or so before eating, three times a day. For me, that precise regimen is almost impossible, but I did the best I could. I definitely lost a few pounds in the three weeks I took it. I stopped because I felt stomach pain and bloating almost every time shortly after eating even a light meal. At first I thought that the effect must be part of its appetite suppressing function and that if I ate very little the discomfort would eventually subside as my body adjusted and I regulated my food intake. However, after three weeks the stomach pain continued to surface after eating regardless of how small the meal. Tired of being sick, I finally gave up.It's too bad, because I have a feeling that for others who may not have this effect, this is probably a good product. In addition, I continue to have a high regard for Naturenetics as a company. I like the follow-up instructive emails and their apparent commitment to quality.

I have been taking this for nearly a week, three times a day, 30-60 minutes before meals....exactly as recommended. I don't see any changes, the scale is not showing any changes. The only effect I have is that within 30 minutes of taking it, I break out into sweats and get a little dizzy and nauseous. I am still taking it, hoping it is just taking time for my body to adjust to it, but I don't see any changes. I only eat steamed meals and have one portion per meal. I am waiting to see what happens over the next week or so.********IT's been about a month since I started taking this. I sometimes forget or am not always consistent, but I try to get at least 1-2 times a day. Since starting, I have lost 7 pounds and there is a visible difference. I have tried many things before....fewer/no carbs, jogging/running every day, rumba, skipping meals.....this is the first time in my 37 years that I have lots some weight and look better. I have to attribute it to the Miracle Carcinia. I have been stuck with 25 extra pounds from five pregnancies and it is now finally coming off.

3 stars because the customer service is excellent; however, the product was difficult for me to tolerate (this may be an individual experience as side effects usually are - that is why I still give it 3 stars). I can not say if it worked for wt. loss because I was not able to stay on it long enough. I can say that it completely cut my appetite - I had to force myself to eat (which is what it claims to do) - this was not a problem for me. My problem came from the total lack of energy and overall ill feeling to where it was difficult to get out of bed. I stopped the product and problem went away. Restarted product and problem returned. Again this is just my experience and may not affect anyone else this way.

Ok, so I kept seeing this product advertised all over the place. Facebook, Dr. Oz, friends, ads, etc. It's everywhere! So, being curious, I came here to Amazon.com & looked it up. I read so many reviews with great results that I decided I would try it. I mean it's natural, vegetarian/vegan & wasn't too expensive. I opted for the same day shipping since I have a warehouse for Amazon nearby and it arrived that evening. I started taking it the following morning and all I can say is WOW! I had energy, wasn't hungry (but I was very thirsty so be sure to drink plenty of water) and within a week and a half I have dropped 13 POUNDS!!!! Even my friends have noticed! You can mostly tell in my midsection. I had a baby not too long ago, and after having 2, well lets just say things didn't quite go back to normal lol. I also suffer from Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis which is a severe form of Hypothyroidism. Anyways, losing weight for me is a real challange as my metabolism is pretty much non-existant. It doesn't react with my thyroid meds, I feel great, I have enrgy to play with my kids and work! I never lost any of my baby weight and packed on more after delivery, so I have a total of 100 pounds to lose. This morning I weighed in at 13 pounds down! I am so excited...I am really hoping that this will continue to work for me. Also, be sure that you eat SOMETHING even if you have no appetite because I found that one day I had no desire to eat at all, and I lost nothing. The days since then I've been eating very small meals and have seen amazing results! Also, remember water, water, water water! staying hydrated has helped me drop even more. Let me first start by saying that this is the second brand of Pure Garcinia Cambogia that my husband and I have tried. This brand did absolutely nothing.for me or my husband. I was really disappointed with our results because of all the great reviews and the impressive advertisement touting this product. I will say that the similar product we tried first didn't really do anything for me either but it did help my husband lose a bit of belly fat. I will give this company credit, they sent me periodic e-mails with "tips" that may make their product more successful so there was a bit of follow up. However, they were basic weight loss tips that you could find anywhere. I rated it two starts not because of the product but because of the customer service. It was clearly a waste of money as far as my family was concerned.
