Review: Good hands-free, worth every penny. - I received the headset yesterday, two days before estimated delivery date. Powered up and it did paired flawlessly with my Samsung S8. I had been using earpieces since 2002. I had owned Motorola, Jabra and for the last 12 years Plantronics. After I paired I called my daughter and she told me the sound was very clear. Since I was testing the unit I left my phone on my desk and walked to my bedroom. At 25 feet the connection was compromised. But in Puerto Rico the houses are built with concrete so my distance from my desk to my bedroom is about 30 feet and concrete walls around. I called a friend of mine and immediately she figured I was using the new handsfree because the sound, different to Samsung and Plantronics. Clear sound. I test with Google assistant and worked very good. I also listened Pandora with no hassles and mute works very well. Also I called my friend using Whatapp phone and connected very well, no problem. I charged overnight, for God sake, because still had charge from factory. I had given my honest opinion after a day with the headset. What I don't like? The size is a bit bigger than what I had been using for years (Used Plantronics 3200 and the Edge) . I need to adapt to that. Also the ear loop, I am not used to that since Motorola headset. Other than that, this is a good headset at affordable cost. Review: Good Product for the Cost - Likely the best quality product in the price range. Has a couple quirks but is expected for the price range. I've noticed a few comments saying that the sound quality becomes muffled over time or the microphone sits way too far from your face. The pop filter in the earpiece does tend to get clogged and reduce the volume, so I removed mine (not smart as that's there to protect from damaging your hearing, but I've been to far too many metal shows at this point to be bothered with that). As for the microphone sitting far away from your mouth, that can be fixed by running the microphone parallel to your jawline rather than pointing over your cheek at your mouth. It feels counter-intuitive, but you get much better sound quality in your phone calls and it sits much closer to your mouth that way. All in all, good product for the price, could easily spend double or triple the amount on a product that does pretty much the same thing. Noise canceling earpiece is only average. I work around semi trucks constantly and their engine noise does overpower the earpiece unless I'm physically pushing it into my ear. That's the only unsolvable problem I've encountered with it, but again, you get what you pay for, and I'm not willing to spend $100+ on a noise canceling model that actually works.

Great Headset. Updated
This is the best bluetooth headset I have owned. I needed to replace a much more expensive headset, that was just over a year old and I could no longer here thru the headset. After researching headsets, I decided to purchase this one and glad I made the purchase. Sound quality is great on my end and the person I'm talking with can hear me clearly. Noise canceling does a great job of completely reducing background noise or keeping it to a bear minimum. Battery life appears to good. It had a 80% charge when I received and after three days, still have plenty of charge. I would definitely recommend purchasing this headset, you want be disappointed. Update Now that I have had more time to use the headset, I changed the rating from 5 stars, to 4 stars. The only reason for the change, the battery has died on more a few times due to be being on the phone for extended amounts of time. I still highly recommend the headset, as it has been the best headset I have owned.

Misleading battery life but decent otherwise.
In the grand scheme of things, this is a fairly decent bluetooth earpiece. It's not the lightest or the most comfortable or best sound quality etc etc, but it's less than $20 so it really is pretty good bang for your buck. I've had occasions where the audio wasn't quite clear during a phone call but it could just have easily been a signal issue or a problem on the other caller's end. However a big reason I purchased this is because it is advertised to have up to 11 hours of talk time. This is straight up false. I need to use headsets all day for work so I thought this would be great, no need to recharge in the middle of the day or use a larger headset with a bigger heavier battery. Maybe in some laboratory testing environment where you set the audio to the very minimum will you get 11 hours but in my normal work where I answer phones all day, I can barely get to 5 hours of active talk time. The audio on the device is also fairly low. At 50% volume is where I would consider the minimum to hear audio through this. And I typically have it set at ~70% to comfortably hear. Again, maybe you get 11 hours by turning the volume even lower but good luck hearing anything at that point. I understand very few of these singular-ear earpieces have battery life over 6 hours but I'd rather spend a bit more money and get a Jabra if this can't handle a longer talk time. Returning this item. So why 3 stars? It's still a good bang for the buck and I can admit that. It just has an issue that deters me but as long as you don't need to literally be talking all day, you should be fine.

Immediate let down
Bluetooth turned on just fine upon receiving. Pairing was easy. Used it for 3 hours and heard the "battery low" warning,so I turned the Bluetooth off and put it on the charge using the very short cord that came with it. It never charged, and never turned back on. I switched it to a different wall charger block for the off chance the block I used was bad (though it charged my phone fine the night before), but it made no difference. I then tried a different brand new out of package duracell brand micro usb charger cord incase the cord sent was bad,but still no difference. In the short time I was able to use it, it was very loose and unsecured feeling even after changing to a different shaped speaker cover that came with it,and I have big ears so most bluetooths are actually small for me. It also feels very delicate, which I didnt expect much for the price, but never experienced the super fragile feeling with other lower cost bluetooths before. Sound quality wasnt bad for me,but the people on the other end could hear everything on my end,so not much for background noise cancellation. I tried to contact tech support for some tips that I maybe didnt try,but every time I entered my phone number,it kept saying I wasn't entering 10 digits, and I was.(not sure if thats a Amazon problem,or the Bluetooth company problem?) I have always been a plantronics purchaser, but have recently been trying lower cost bluetooths to see what I could find in comparison, and this one has been by far the worst experience all the way around :(

Great Headset--after I figured it out!
The instructions were very clear--don't get me wrong. The space cadet part belongs to me. I don't think I have ANY spacial acuity so I fumbled for what seemed like forever to figure out how to position the headset for my left ear (I'm getting old??!). After that, I of course wanted to test it but wasn't sure how to start a call correctly so first try I ended up hanging up on my sister, LOL! Now that I've worked out my "space cadetness" issues, I've been able to test it's range and quite by accident (again?!) found out it's range reaches across my house (large custom home--one floor) as I was TRYING to listen to a video but with no sound until my son came and told me this little device was talking to him, ROFL--he has super-hyper hearing! My only issue is the same for any "in-ear" type of headphone in that I think I must have super small ears or something because after awhile it starts to hurt me (perhaps I should quickly learn how to switch it to my right ear?!!). I'm super happy with it despite my ineptitude and tiny ears (not manufacturer's fault at all) and plan to keep it. It'll be a nice change from putting my calls on speaker all the time to keep my hands free and having my son hear all my conversations--at least he won't hear the other person now. Oh, it comes in a nice case with 2 extra ear bud things plus 3 rubber things for which I'm unsure what they do or what they're for just yet. OH and one more thing about sound quality--on the receiver's end--my sister had never asked before but she kept asking what the beeping sound was she was hearing. After turning off all known noises around the house, we finally figured out it's my smoke alarm that needs a new battery (actually 2 of them!). I know they're hooked up to the electricity so I'm bad about changing the battery--oops. But, man, the sound quality for the receiver is off the charts because those beeps are not at all that loud from where I was sitting. Just sayin'!

Small and Sleek
I have had a few different Blue Tooth devices, but this one is by far the best. It is small, sleek and comes with different size plugs for your ear and a hard shell case to put it in when not in use None of the others did. I travel south to see my children a lot and want to be able to let them know when I'll be arriving and with the touch of a button I'm connected to my phone and calling them, safely. The price was right and the speed with which I received it was great. If I ever have to buy one for myself again or for a present, it will be an Bluetooth Headset HonShoop Bluetooth 5.0 in Ear Bluetooth Earpiece Wireless. In addition to the service that I received, the clarity of the calls are by far the best that I have experienced. With the noise reduction and the proper ear buds the calls sound like you are right there next to the person you are talking to. I would highly recommend this Bluetooth Headset to anyone who travels or just needs to be hands free. For me it works and it will work for you too.

Not too expensive.
I don’t know, they seem to be okay. I have never bought them but I’ve read the description and the seems to be. Don’t know why they allow me to make a review on something that I have never bough. Anyway… 🍻

Nice headset
I have used few other single ear headsets and these are quite good. Bought these in 1st week of Oct 2020. Liked the design, quality is good for the money paid. Connect to bluetooth easily. Got volume control and easily accessible. Good packing
