Possibly the best hydration bladder on Amazon
I had almost given up on hydration bladders since I had an old Camelbak that tasted like plastic and the bite valve was a hassle. Not so with this bladder. Everything about it is well thought out and sturdy. I think the detachable hose with the insulated sleeve is great, the bite valve is top notch, and the reservoir is made of very durable material with an easy loading top opening. I made the mistake of leaving it in my vehicle for a couple days between hikes and it did leave a weird taste from heating up during 85+ degree days, so make sure to replace your water instead of topping it off in that instance. Otherwise, no complaints. I have already ordered one for my wife and an extra to have on hand.

A well made product
This is exactly what I was hopelessly looking for and was thrilled to find a bladder with a long hose. I live Las Vegas, a very hot part of the country during three four months out of the year. I ride a motorcycle 12 months a year and on occasions take long trips - leaving for Utah and Texas soon. A backpack with a bladder is useless on long trips in extremally hot weather. I wanted this type of bladder so I could put the bladder in in an ice chest on my back seat. I needed a long hose that would be coinvent for me to use. This product is very well made and will serve me well for years. Great Product for nature lovers.

Great product!
I was looking for a decent water bladder for some of my longer trail runs and what attracted me initially to this particular one is the big opening that would be easy to clean, which it is. In addition, it truly is leak proof. I would’ve given this 5 stars but my only issue is, the insulated rubber on the hose has a bad manufactured smell, I could smell it before I took the plastic off. Other than that, great product for a very reasonable price.

Great value, excellent customer service, hundred percent satisfaction guarantee.
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a low-cost bladder that I could use on the trail. I didn’t think I needed a cap and I could just refill it on the trail using my MSR portable pump filter system. When I received this bladder, I quickly realized that you cannot remove the mouthpiece which would allow me to refill it while on the trail . I figured I would use it anyway and refill it by the top opening. The problem with the top opening is that it is very difficult to slide open. Throughout the system at different connections, they use a very thin oil. This oil used at the top of the sliding thing either allows you to move it open quickly or not at all. So when using plenty of force to slide this open, the moment that the slider is able to move it flies open. I think it would’ve been a better situation if it was just a lot of slow resistance when opening it rather than this either all or nothing. It’s something that I think could break in, but we are going for speed on this hike next week, and I really cannot be fidgeting around with this. See photos and video for the slide process.UPDATE: Seller reached out soon after my initial review of two stars, and was very kind to refund my order. Going into purchasing this bladder full knowing that the end does’t detach, and the clip is rough at first has me reconsidering the stars to a full 5. I’m going from two stars to five stars because customer service was very quick, they had 100% satisfaction guarantee, and the even sent a little gift. The bladder clip opens and closes pretty easily now that the production sickness has gone away . It’s very very easy to clean and is much lighter than the ones you get at Walmart. Now, if they produced an additional unsheathed and removable tipped hose, it would be very very easy to switch these out with their proprietary clip system. Now, if they offered that, I would wants him to take the money and I would purchase the additional hose.

Excellent product tested in tough falls
Using hyd-bladders way too long going back to last century and have a graveyard of them. Hyd-bladder is personal preference as mouth piece, size, filling convenience, cleaning, etc. and money cannot buy all-in-one. This bladder checks almost all including price hence +2 Stars for the product vision. But party is ruined when a production fault at the closing edge -hairline hole- leaks when bladder is laid flat (backpack on the ground) -3 Stars. Assessing my options as return, repair or bury. Contacted to seller and waiting their response.Update: +5 Stars. Seller immediately send me a replacement. As expected it works perfect. Took the balder to mtb single track ride, fell twice on my back (nasty) and bladder held up 175+lb pressure with no issues. Rise, dry, refill all no fuss. Definitely will buy again to replace my other backpack bladders.

Toxic
Wow. It's normal for hydration bladder's to smell strange or bad right out of the package until rinsed a few times, but this thing is a whole different level. It does not smell or taste safe at all. It both smells stronger (by a factor of four) than any other bladder I've owned (five or six) and different. I've rinse it with pure vinegar, with hot water, cold water, dish soap, and have even used a blow dryer to try and evaporate out whatever volatile compounds are making this thing stink. I feel like this product is toxic. I ignored the reviews that said it smelt bad, because all bladders have those reviews because almost all bladders stink at first, but this one is different. I recommend you stay away from this awful thing.
