Orthotics Insole Kids - Orthotic Shoes Inserts for Flat Feet and Arch Support

I am an adult with tiny feet, so anything good quality for my feet is super hard to find. Sometimes I work for 6+ hours on my feet and these make a huge difference. They barely take up space in my shoes, so I can throw them into anything from boots to converse. My feet still get sore in these as I've been spoiled with asics, but it takes being on my feet consistently for 6 hours before they hurt at all. Most shoes make my feet hurt after a half hour, and asics are the only shoes that keep my feet from hurting after 6+ hours. My new job requires I wear dress shoes, and these inserts make a world of a difference! I highly recommend these.

These are one of the only inserts I could find in the 5-9 toddler size. My son wears a size 7 and these for in his shoes perfect! We did not need to trim at all. The insert is pretty thin which I wanted. We put it under the soles of how shoes because it is a pretty firm insert. It works perfect, he didn't have to adjust to them at all! No foot pain after a full day of wear. Pleased with my purchase.

I wear shoes in our house because I NEED arch supports. Our son kept asking for everyone to hold him, but he's very independent. One night I figured out, maybe the hard floors are hurting his feet like me too. I'm so grateful I found these. I move them to whichever shoes he is wearing that day.
