I specifically searched for a shower head that has a reservoir to hold shower gel, and have a way to switch back and forth between spraying soap suds, and spraying water for rinsing. I thought it would help a family member with painful arthritic shoulders to take a shower. I was very happy to find this shower head with that feature, but it's a very poor design. The cap of the reservoir is practically flush with the surface of the shower head, and the design makes it nearly impossible to unscrew the cap. There is a very small lip around the edge of the cap. There's really no way to get a good grip on it to unscrew it. I returned it for that reason.
