After reading the reviews i was fairly comfortable going ahead with those purchase. The rug arrived and its good quality and looks good in my home. I bought the grey version and its a lot darker than the photo in the product description.

It's a nice rug for th money u pay . It's comfy yet light enough to clean . I'm happy with it. The delivery was fast which was good as I needed rug.

I'm so disappointment in the rug I received today! Firstly as I was opening I noticed dirt all inside the packaging. Lots of it... this is bird poo which was underneath the packaging so it's clearly been wrapped up like this! Secondly it's so thin! There's no way it's a high pile rug. U live and learn I think u are better off paying the extra £20 and getting a decent clean product from a place like Argos/dunelm! DO NOT WASTE MONEY u get what u pay for.

The rug arrived as described in 120x170cm in the colour beige and looked exactly like in the picture.Only recently I had to give it away as we moved houses and didn't need it anymore, but even after almost 2 years me using this rug I found someone who could still use it - which definitely speaks for the quality of this product.The rug didn't flatten after all this time (only when furniture was standing on it for a longer period, but I guess this is just normal with all types of carpets) and stayed as soft as it was from the beginning. Even the cat didn't manage to rip it apart!The product is definitely worth the money and if I needed another one, I would buy one of those!

Very poor quality, they said its soft thick 5cm shaggy rug, but I received this item and seen this that its not thick, its cheap piece of carpet. Really hard & painfull, really slippery. I requested return and they sent me a return label and need to drop off at collection point. It's unreasonable cause many companies deliver large items & pickup from home.Stay away , don't waste money, useless

This is actually really really good quality for the price, even good quality for double the price! bought for kids room. arrived well packaged and on time. unravelled and the kids immediately lay down on it. Love that new carpet smell!I bought the pink and its as the photo, bright and a little luminous looking.Its really thick and the best bit is it stops the banging noises coming from upstairs when they jump around their bedroom!

It's smaller than a bath mat and the material sheds. It was so tightly packaged that it's curled so much it's unusable. I will be asking for a refund
