I purchased this ID maker for my office to make IDs for my staff. After several days of trying to get it to work (there was no manual provided), we called customer service several times who stated we would need to purchase additional technical support in order to receive help with this item. This was a huge waste of time and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. This purchase seems like a scam because they clearly sent a defective item, provided no manual, and wanted to charge even more to receive help. Buyers beware.

This thing is awesome! Software is easy to use and to download. Connecting everything was simple. Everything is as pictured!! I use a separate app to make my designs and just upload them onto EasyBadge. Had a nick on a couple of cards but machines are machines. This is definitely worth the money. I recommend buying extra cards and a replacement ink ribbon to have already so that you can replace it and keep working! The grind don’t stop. The printer font kept defaulting outside the print area. I wasted several cards and could not get help to fix the problem unless a $174 support payment was made. I am sending this back!!!!

After some figuring out of the bagde program, it's been a great asset and morale booster for our Fire Department. Picture quality is good and prints quickly. Also, I really like the watermark/security feature.
