I had no response from the people that sold this item about replacement filters. My question has been ignored. This will not cool a caravan or a room, but you will feel cool air if you sit within one inch of it. I bought for our caravan. We left it on and went out for a couple of hours. When we got back it has made no difference. Ok for a desk I suppose. Filter has already gone discoloured after one three hour use. It says you need to replace but there is nothing on instructions to tell you where to get them. I wasted money on this product. Not happy at all.

I bought this as I wasn't coping with the hot weather and neither were my dogs, I particularly wanted it for camping. It is perfect for one person/a dog, I wouldn't use it for a whole room. It's not too noisy (less noisy than a fan) and the air doesn't feel moist/wet as it comes out. I do feel cooler, and am surprised how little water it uses. I got a portable power bank for this so that I could use it camping which it was useful for. I would really recommend this, especially for use at a desk as it doesn't blow paper everywhere. Great value for money and easy to move/lightweight. Would recommend

This cooler was so useless, that after less than couple of weeks of using it, my husband and I have decided that hand held fans do way better job than this. The cooling effect was hardly noticable, even though I was sitting right in front of it.Also, we left the filter inside of the cooler for 3-4 days, and as there was still some water inside of the cooler, the filter picked up the mould. We thought to buy a new filter, only to realise that we would have to spend a fortune replacing these little filters every time they get mouldy.This is going now directly to trash (recycling). It was the most useless item I have ever purchased on amazon. We believed the reviews, but probably should have done a bit better research before buying it.

Bought this air cooler, b honestly this summer nearly finish, but still got this one, the reason it is very small, compact size, and the wind is quite gentle and the function is same as my big floor stand one, you can add water or frozen the ice box included in package already, the wind gentle but very cool, and easy to carry. I don’t think this year will use it much now, but next summer is definitely useful.

Chose this product after reading the reviews instead of the others despite this being slightly more expensive. First impressions - it does cool my personal space as advertised. Then I noticed it left a huge puddle of water leaking from the bottom.There is a min and max line for the water level on the tank although it is difficult to actually see the water level from the outside. I tried filling it only to the minimum line but it still leaked. No choice but to request a return as not fit for use.In summary: does what it is meant to do but poor quality product and not fit for use.

Perfect for personal use, no it’s not going to cool down a whole room - but I have mine by the bed and works absolutely perfectly. Low noise levels so that helps when trying to get to sleep. So easy to use - not complicated and not 101 parts to go wrong. Very practical - moved from bedroom to study as lightweight. 3 speed settings that have clearly different outputs. Recommend for those muggy British summer nights where u just need a bit of cooling down..oh and adding ice to the machine adds a lovely chill to the air

I like that this is portable and it’s powered via usb. You can take a cellphone charger and plug the usb cord in the package and it will work or plug the usb cord into a laptop or desktop and it will work. It’s small and lightweight so you can take it anywhere. This is best for you to have near you, your face or body. This is not ideal to cool a room because it’s jot that cold and the breeze is not too powerful. It’s best if you have it as close to you as possible like a small desktop fan. i very like.

It's small and lightweight, easy and convenient to carry to anywhere. Energy saving and super quiet. Work powerfully at a low noise level. Works well. It's great for personal use in these hot weather. Very helpful.
