The nutritional information on the packet I received does NOT match the information posted on the product page. I I bought this product because it had one of the lowest available Carb Sugars, stated as 9g/100g, both in text on the page, and on the photo of the rear of the packet.The real item which just came has more than DOUBLE that! It's going back! I'm very unhappy as my low-carb Scones are going to have to WAIT, again.

As good as my usual brand, cheaper on subscribe and save. I live a keto lifestyle and this is only 17g net carbs/100g with loads of fibre. It's raw, organic. So no issues there and compared to some excellent brands I've used in the past, this is about 2/3 the carb count and about 1/3 the price. My last brand was only 1 carb/100g less (the lowest I've ever seen) was also excellent, but more expensive than this comparable brand. I use it in Waffles, pancakes, breads, naans, tortillas, cakes etc. and it works fine with everything. I'm going to see if they do almond flour as well.

Absolutely awful. It just seems to absorb water and bulk up! I usually make keto bread with Maggi coconut powder. It’s awesome. This stuff, I thought I’d give a go because it’s the proper coconut flour rather than powder. It’s just horrendous. I baked the bread again but it is meally, dry, crumbly and bland as anything. I won’t be buying it again.Not to mention the net carbs are nowhere near keto. - 20% or thereabouts.

Lovely product. Great for cooking and perfect for thickening dishes as you don't have to cook it like usual flour and can just add a bit to sweet and savoury dishes and sauces if you need to thicken them a bit. Very versatile.

This is revolting I couldn't eat itTo me that is.it's sweet and the texture is not nice. I did not like it.

It was used in a keto recipe , now given up keto
