Great bariatric support!
These are my favorite brands of bariatric support vitamins. I love that they make the Iron+ Vitamin-C together because it is one less pill to remember! They are easy to digest for me and the taste isn't bad. I haven't had any challenges since i started using them post-surgery (2/2026).

Tasty Iron
I am not sure at this point if they are working. I love the taste, and even better, they do not upset my tummy like slo fe brands. I like that they are sugar free, as I am diabetic. My iron level was up a bit at my last check, so I hope they were effective. They are a little pricey. You are instructed to take 3 at a time so, they are used up fairly quickly.

Taste great absorbs quickly, if you've had gastric bypass this is for you.

3 pills (even ones that dissolve in your mouth) is a lot. That being said they're not horrible, but I have to take them at different times throughout the day. Not ideal. They do resolve fast, the taste isn't horrible just not my favorite. They seem to work fine. I just started taking them so we'll see. They arrived fast and the were a good price.

Iron with vitamin C
I really like the BariMelts Iron with Vitamin C! The fast-dissolving tablets are so convenient and much easier for me than swallowing a large iron pill. The natural orange flavor is pleasant, and I appreciate that they’re sugar-free. I also love that vitamin C is included in the formula. Having a one-month supply with 90 tablets makes it easy to stay consistent with my daily routine.

Highly recommend
Totally like these, taste good and dissolves really well. One thing that I don't like is that you have to take 3 which isn't a big deal breaker, but would be nice to just take 1 . Will buy again and do recommend.

quality but it repeats (thanks to my gastric bypass bits!)
This doesn't agree with me for some reason even though it's meant to be for bariatric patients. If my stomach is empty it can cause serious pain. But even when I have a full stomach, it can repeat on me so I am burping the tablet flavour for about an hour. I reckon if you have had a gastric sleeve (not a gastric bypass) you'd be fine... but then... you probably don't need the iron as much as us bypass patients do.
