Bondi 7 has a 4mm heel drop and I would highly recommend going into a running store and getting fitted and trying before buying them.

Q: how much do the Hoka Shoes weigh?

I haven't actually weighed them, but they are comparable in weight to my saucony running shoes. The soles don't make them heavier.

Q: How do these compare to the hoka clifton one ones?

Hoka one one bondi 6 has a little wider toe box, more stable cushioning and a nicer balanced step. Better quality shoe. I own 6 pairs, the Clifton doesn't compare to bondi 6 wear and tear. I'm on my feet 14 hours day. Tried several different hoka's. Love the previous bondi generation more but still a great shoe.
