SweetGourmet Buckwheat Honey, 1 LB

I have traveled all over and love buying local honeys, but right now I don't have the luxury of being able to shop local, so I turned to amazon looking for good honey. Since Dutch Gold is a "True Source Certified" company I decided to try out their brand.I ordered several 'flavors' including the Alfalfa. I was half afraid I would be tasting an earthy, grassy flavor, but am very happy with the very light, delicate flavor and aroma that this honey has. The sweetness is well balanced too. In my opinion this is a great honey for lighter green teas, breads, and mixing with plain yogurt. If you prefer darker teas, you may want to go with a more robust flavor, especially if you are a spice chai or English tea drinker.

I love alfalfa honey and this fits the bill, the only thing I didn't like was a plastic bottle

We really like alfalfa honey. Food products generally are a matter of personal preference.
