This volume control works great as described & gives an easy fuss free way of controlling or quickly muting your computers volume without messing about with the mouse, It comes into its own when playing games . the unit itself is very solidly made having a painted steel shell & a high quality turned aluminium knob that has a very smooth knotched rotation feeling. Underneath the knob is a blue led that lights if the volume is changed & extinguishes after a short while. The instructions do also explain how to keep it lit constantly which is a good little feature. I'm impressed with the feel & finish of this item & will check out any other products by Aimos . Plug and play, remarkably simple to set up. Very intuitive to use, rotate to change volume, push to mute.I adjust the volume on my PC often and when I do it needs to be quick. Watching movies, up for the speech but down for the action. YouTube videos with different volume levels one video to the next.It's so nice to have a tactile way to change the sound level and it's always there, on my desk.So much easier than, grab the mouse, take the video off full screen, click on the speaker indicator, and then drag the slider on screen.

The body and the upper section of the knob are metal and feel like quality.The notched action of the turn is very well set up. The knob has free rotation both ways.The detachable lead is of a nice braided feel and is a good length. Being detachable you could change it for a lead of your choice.The mute function is reliable, but you do have palm it down. If you press down an edge it doesn't register.Although I have another way of controlling volume, this is so much better and convenient. I should have got one sooner.It measures 48mm x 64mm.

Ease-of-use

The knob is absolutely brilliant. I use it in my Flight Simulator to control altitude, heading, IAS, baro pressure, etc. This is made possible by the SkyElite app I use to control MSFS2020.The knob is well made and very good value for money.

Just plug and play on win 10 no need to do anything with drivers. It works well. it may add some lag but i have found it good overall and also controls my Bluetooth headphones when that is the listening output selected.Metal box seems well made but I had to sand off sharp edge on knob! Micro usb cable good quality but plug sticks out a long way -if that is a problem try a different cable. The big remaining question is will windows updates kill it at some point like they often do with audio setting!

The issue you will find when plugging this in is that you can't access your keyboard, it vanishes, so you can't type in a destination on google maps or waze, you cant search the play store or anything.Unplug it and the keyboard appears.

Es wird also die Hauptlautstärke damit hoch/runtergestellt.Der Drehknopf hat keinen Anschlag, arbeitet also wie ein Mausrad. Drücken des Knopfes stellt den Ton Stumm. Nochmaliges drücken oder einfach drehen aktiviert den Ton wieder.Die Gummifüße schützen die Tischplatte vor Kratzern und bieten wenig Grip (auf meinem Schreibtisch), was mich jedoch nicht stört.Die USB-Verbindung und das beigelegte gesleevte Kabel sind in überdurchschnittlicher Qualität und funktioniert einwandfrei.Zu beachten: Einige Audiogeräte ignorieren die Gerätelautstärke (unter Windows ist die Gerätelautstärke = die Hauptlautstärke). Dies ist kein Fehler dieses Produktes und betrifft einige digitale Audiogeräte, wie z.B. manche USB->SPDIF Umsetzer oder auch manche digitale Funkheadsets. Ursache hierfür ist, dass die Gerätelautstärke über den Treiber letztlich von Windows an das Audiogerät übermittelt wird und es letztlich dem AUdiogerät obliegt, diese technisch umzusetzen. DIes wird von manchen Audiogeräten nicht unterstützt.Da die Mute-Funktion anders in Windows implementiert ist, funktioniert diese jedoch immer.

E' di una comodità...che una volta provato non si può fare senza. Indispensabile. Funziona a meraviglia. Un paio di frasi bastano per far capire che lo consiglio subito questo prodotto!! Io lo tengo alla sinistra della tastiera per scrivere e risulta davvero comodissimo. A volte per prendere delle telefonate importanti in cui si vuole abbassare il volume o spegnerlo si prende il mano il mouse e si cerca nel computer tra le impostazioni; mentre con questo sistema il gap di accesso alla funzione volume è più che dimezzato...è immediato!

Ich habe mir das gekauft, weil meine alte Tastatur ein LautstärkeRad hatte und meine neue nicht.Funktioniert einwandfrei. Plug and play.Was noch cool wäre wenn man die Farbe der Beleuchtung einstellen könnte. Aber dauer Blau ist auch nicht schlecht.kann man sich holen
