The media could not be loaded.  It took my dog about 10 minutes to learn how to feed the tennis ball in to the launcher. This uses standard tennis balls and launches them across the yard.

The media could not be loaded.  My blue heeler loves to chase ball. Throwing ball all day is impossible. Introducing this slick little unit! Quick, easy set up. She had no problems figuring out how to use it. The different distances are nice for indoor and outdoor use. The battery is lasting forever. As an extra bonus, our smaller dogs 2" Chuck-its work in there also, so he gets to play, too! Great price, solid unit.

Works well. The pups caught (pun) on right away. They have a great time with this.It relies on a charging of the batteries with each use ... I would prefer a direct power connection so sessions can start quicker and last longerA great way to have fun outdoorsThis is a very good unit, just ask my dogs!

Our first one lasted less than a month, but we were able to return it via Amazon. The second one we got lasted 33 days, so just outside the return period. It just completely stopped working at all. Lights are on, but no sensing that there is a ball in it, so it does nothing. When it did work, our dog LOVED it, but having two bad ones in a row is very frustrating.

It does launch the ball but unless I've read the description wrong this thing needs to be plugged in all the time. Couldn't test out the product long, the noise this thing puts out is ungodly and scared the crap out of my dogs. Had to return.

This was THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!!! I have read the pamphlet, hours of playing with it, watching YouTube videos on it, and this stupid thing doesn't even shoot the ball 5 feet. Soooo dissatisfied in this product.

Today is June 13th, the warranty period ended June 5th. This product no longer works. We used it a few times a week for my dog to chase balls in the back yard about 10 - 15 minutes each time. The belt on the bottom of the unit seemed to stretch out and will not feed the balls through the machine anymore. Definitely not a very durable machine.

Ordered one in February and it worked fine for two months. Used only in our office for one dog. It stopped working and I wrote to the company. They were kind enough to send a second machine which arrived last week. Charged it over the weekend and it worked for one launch. It powered itself down and will not power up any longer. I give up.
