These are the most comfortable and snug post-surgical compression garments I've found. They don't stretch out and can be worn under regular clothes. At 5'8" and 160lbs,I normally wear a size medium. I started with a Large immediately post surgery. Remember, the garment has to go over bandages AND compression foam underneath the garment. I downsized to a medium 2 weeks later. Today, one month out, my doctor told me, I need to downsize to a small as I need two sheets of foam in the garment to get significant compression.

Recent tummy tuck patient. Was looking for a stage 2 faja with high compression. I’m 5’9” @ approx 200lbs. 36D in bra size. I ordered a 3X. This faja compressed in all the right areas. However, it seems as if this faja is made for someone a little shorter than me. I have thick thighs, so the lace part kept rolling up. I’m sure for someone with thinner thighs, it would be no problem, but for me... it keeps digging really deep into my skin. The bra part was also tight despite it being mesh? You can also see in my pictures where there is an opening at the top of my upper abdomen and bra line vs the sellers picture.Overall, it’s a good faja. Just wish that it was a bit bigger (lengthwise) to accommodate my height.

FINALLY !! I’ve bought several several different fajas and this one finally is it! I went one size up and this thing so great. Smooths even my lower pooch, side zipper with eye hooks !I’m a size 34 waist and 39 hips 140 lbs 5’ 1

This garments fits true to size based on the sizing chart off the actual Fajas DPrada website, so I would suggest looking at that first as I believe the sizing chart on here is different. Garment is made well, and for the most part comfortable. Giving 4 stars because it does create a lot of pressure on the lower back, as well as the leg pieces roll up and can be very uncomfortable. I am constantly pulling them down and the lace at the bottom has begun to rip after about a week and half of wear.

Definitely go up 2 sizes if you are an American. I am 5 ft 2 134lbs post lipisuction. The Xl fits great, it is a little loose on the thighs but I only needed the garment for my back flanks and abs. The fabric is way better quality than the even more expensive one from my surgeon. My only wish is that the shoulder was adjustable and that the crotch was hook and clasp to allow all of mother nature's calls to occure without stripping everything off. 4 stars for the stress of trying to decode the right size and I feel like I have permanent camel toe with the way the crotch is made...5 stars for fabric and amount of compression.

This product is great well to great I’m 11 months postpartum and I have a small pooch and that sucker sucked me in too the gods beyond boy. I’m 128 pounds slim with a 11 month pooch from pregnancy 5’7” ordered and 2xsmall I should have a small but I don’t regret I won’t be returning it I’ll get a Size small so its easy to get into but well worth the buy especially for finding a really good fajas for that price I’ve struggled for years trying find a really compress like girdle. I’m glad I bought it

Extremely difficult to get into, but the included board does help. Though it does hold you in very well not comfortable enough to wear for a very long period of time as it does roll up in the thighs and the straps are somewhat tight and begins to dig into the skin.
