Using to help maintain blood sugar levels

I was attracted to this product because I have a high incidence of heart disease in my family history. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and notice a difference in my mood and stamina. I have lost a few pounds too and may be directly related to this product. I will definitely be ordering another bottle.

I took 3 of these a day (total 1500 mg) to lower my A1C glucose count. It didn't help at all.Was hoping to avoid Rx Metformin but that works.Also I have trouble swallowing and these are large capsules as are many natural supplements.

So far so good. A lot of theses my stomach doesn't tolerate. This one seems to be working.
