I've actually used these for a few years and they work for me. I use them for a few reasons. My digestion isn't that great. If i eat fatty foods i find i get some acid being burped up, not sure if that is acid reflux or not but i've noticed that all my life and is brought on when eating oily fish like mackerel. Also helps when i have a heavy meal. It has a minor effect on eczema. If i have a heavy meal i find it can cause my eczema to flare. Guessing better digestion of the food helps in some way. I've tried a couple others and this was the best. Not felt the need to experiment with others as i'm quite satisfied by this.

Excellent product I reviewed a lot before I decided on them. I was taking Omeprazole from my GP they did help but my symptoms kept coming back and was making me not want to eat. I have been on them for nearly a week now and feel so much better and my Symptoms have subsided hugely in that small amount of time I am hoping it will continue and I have started to eat better.

Digestive enzymes seem to help my GERD and hiatus hernia issues. In regards to my IBS as I have fully tested this product by buying it elsewhere and used it on its own without combined medication from the docs and probiotics, it fails. I personally, have to use a combination of medication, probiotics and this as well as a healthy diet to start seeing results which is why I've given this a 3-star. It does help with the bloated tummy problems and spasms, but I also drink a lot of dried herbal tea leaves which I know also assists me personally.

I just can't tell you how good they are being suffering with acid reflux for 7 months now doctors gave me tablets which did not help. so I got these all I can say is fabulous work like a dream taken them for 3 days so far and I have no more acid so if your like me suffering from acid reflux palin in the chest get these you will never look back .

I've been using this product for a few months now and it has helped me a lot with digestion. I use 1 or 2 tablets per meal (depending on the size of the meal and in combination with the Betaine HCL it has helped a lot with digestion. Less bloating and no reflux. I will continue to buy this product.
