Totally recommended
A couple months in, several wind storms, and a lot rain...she's doing well. Not much r value on the clear "blister pack" panels, but looks like they will hold up.As for people's assembly concerns, I had no problems. Take your time on the base, keep quietly singing "It's Hip to be Square", and everything else goes relatively smoothly. Impressive actually. Couple other tips...1 take your time on the "windows". I didn't check a few to make sure they were seated properly and square...paid for it later. 2 wrap 'the tool' in a kitchen towel - there are so many of those little connectors, the palm of your hand will thank you.And yes, I can totally imagine that if a large branch fell on this, it'd be toast. Don't build under a tree. We're using ours for more sitting than growing and the extra head room of this design is awesome. You should get one. Good stuff.

Doesn't matter how good it is overall if you're missing a crucial piece and they won't replace.
I assembled this greenhouse over the course of a couple of days, and for the most part, I'm pleased and impressed. However, the double doors require you to have two "left side" hinge pieces, and two "right side" hinge pieces, and my box came with four of one side and zero of the other.I figured this would be no sweat—I'd call customer service and they'd solve the problem immediately. Y'know, like a sensible business. But neither phone calls nor emails produced any actual helpfulness. They both claimed to be unable to locate my order (despite me providing Amazon order number, delivery date, delivery address, phone number and name on the order, etc.) and basically said "Sorry, not going to help you; feel free to try your luck with the manufacturer directly."So now I have a greenhouse with no functioning doors, which is putting in 99% of the effort and getting back like 10% of the value.

NOT OUR $$$'S WORTH!
Windows did not fit as snug as desired. Not enough rubber sealing. Window vent lift is difficult and high and you need a small ladder to get to it(I'm only 5'-spouse of Jack). The DOOR is not proper! Fits fine but only locks are on left side, no lock for right side and when the wind blows it PUSHES IT INWARD, had to 'make-shift' a unit (improvised) to lock into the ground and wire run up to door to 'hold in place' so WIND DID NOT 'PUSH IT INWARD' because it is flimsily designed!Overall, I would NEVER purchase this type Green House ever again! Sorry we did because it is NOT the QUALITY WE EXPECT WITH THE PRICE PAID!

Very Pleased with my Rion Greenhouse
I'm very pleased with my Rion greenhouse. I would actually give it 4.5 stars rather than 5 because one of the construction pieces was the wrong piece - a numbered piece that must have been for another Rion product as it's number was not listed in the enclosures manifest. However, I called the 888 number provided and someone answered right away and I told them the missing piece number and they sent out a replacement right away via FedEx so it was just a couple days and I was able to install the greenhouse without it and just fit it in later when the piece arrived so all good. There are a lot of parts to this (I bought a bigger one) so I am more forgiving.I would recommend you take extra effort to make sure this is on LEVEL ground as it will make construction easier. Now it's all built and in place and is very sturdy and looks very nice in the yard, adding to the beauty of the garden rather than dtracting (much nicer than if I had made one myself with wood and plastic!)

8 x 8 System
I finally completed my Grand Gardner 8 x 8 this week. I see a mixed review of comments so here is my two cents:If you are good at assembling Lego kits, you'll love this as there are no written instructions just diagrams. If you take your time and study the diagram, it's not hard to figure out.The hardest portion of the assembly was the foundation and the roof. For the foundation, I used 8x4x4 pressure treated posts and anchored it with 18" Quickcrete pylon posts. I used pavers to create a pathway in the middle, and added a couple of layers of weed cloth and filled it in with crushed gravel.I have called customer service three times and have had great support. I had a couple of pieces break and was sent replacement parts free of charge.Word to the wise on accessory pieces. The louver vent window. Works great but make sure you order the version made for the Grand Gardner and not the metal frame version. The shelves I bought are also for the metal frame version and will not properly fit without modification. I am installing a solar powered exhaust fan because this thing registers in the internal heat at over a 100 degrees and this is on a cool New Mexico day at 85 degrees.

Good quality but recommend building it during the cooler months because it does get hot.
Although this is not easy to assemble every part was included and fit very well. Watch the videos on YouTube then follow the instructions to the letter and you’ll be fine. The house is sturdy and well worth the extra money compared to the cheaper kits. We have a friend who loses windows out of his cheaper model every time the wind gets over 35-40 mph. We have no problem at all with wind so far. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.
