No instruction booklet on “How to use”.Not packaged properly, parts were loose in the shipping package.This product would have received 5 stars.

Hard to use because there weren't instructions for use.Wouldn't recommend if you don't get instructions with it.

This is a cute item, has tons of heads and LOOKS impressive until you try to use it. I’ve use other engravers before and they actually engraved; this tool won’t even scratch my skin it’s so weak. I tried it in plastic, wood, and even a pad of paper and got NOTHING. Huge disappointment, and due to illness I waited too long to return it.I’m not sure ... is this tool made for little girls to play with?

Everything was going great and I was really enjoying it, but it didn't take long for the clamp that holds the heads in place did... something. Almost like it widened, and now the heads just slide right out when trying to use them and won't spin properly---Also, yes, I know there are two sizes and am NOT mixing them up. The smaller size no longer works for the smaller heads.

Nice! Engraver comed with a LOT of bits! Very versatile. This is a good value and it does a nice job.

I love that I can use this for a lot of little projects.
