Tipsy - Watch it.. outdoor you will flip immediatly
The size is perfect, I have a near Jones Fracture in my right foot so, I opted for the boot and thought, what the heck, get a scooter. I work in the Loop (Chicago) and its a solid mile from the train station to the office then another mile back to the train station (straight line).I think this is best used indoors on smooth flooring. It holds up well with my height and weight (6'4" 288), however, it is VERY front flip prone. IF you are outdoors or going for a walk (ride) you need to get a model that suits the environment you will be in. I used this in the office and it is very smooth. The scooter is NOT meant to go fastish, like walking speed at best. Yes, I do scoot it along the smooth surface, but, if you are NOT comfortable with watching where you are going and there is a rise, just barely a rise in the side walk, you will flip forward, and I mean, not just flip, you will flip OVER the top of the unit and be on your back before you know what happened. If you are older or have other issues and you want to be more mobile OUTSIDE of home.. this is NOT for you, you should get the models where they have more aggressive tries or wider wheel base where they advertise being able to travel on aggressive surfaces. The knee cushion and had brakes are comfortable and the basket is a nice touch.I played sports (YEARS AGO) so I was able to do a shoulder roll when I flipped and only got a small small abrasion on my elbow. Most people would probably go straight teeth first.

Works for me but have to be careful
The scooter works really well for me. I had reconstructive ankle surgery and crutches and wheel chair would not work for me. If you don’t know much about bicycle care and maintenance you might have a problem. I’ve had to adjust almost every thing on the scooter like it was a bicycle If you plan on using this on grass or uneven ground get the one with larger front wheels. It’s pretty bumpy on small bumps it can catch and throw you off guard and fall. You have to be very careful on sharp turns even going slow. I’m 71 and 300 lbs. this works for me. It was also cheaper to buy than rent Medicare doesn’t pay for these. Check all your alternatives with care. Wrong choice and you could make things worse.

Sense of Freedom
I shattered my ankle and can not put weight on my foot for 3+ months. I 've been using a walker and it is slow and cumbersome. The knee scooter has allowed me to move faster with more freedom. The basket on the front gives me the ability to move items hands free. I was using a wheel chair to go shopping and to the hospital. With the scooter my wife will no longer have to lift the wheel chair in and out of the car and attach the leg rests. I will also be able to maneuver around stores and the hospital by myself.

Save money over rental
Due to an ankle fracture I was put in a fracture boot for 8 weeks. After using my $150 rental knee scooter rental for a month it was clear I was going to need it for 1 to 2 more weeks -maybe more. I could either rent for another month or purchase this Give Me Knee scooter for considerably less that then rental. It was very easy to assemble. The basket was sturdy and well sized for my needs. However I had to order a Vive Knee Walker Pad Cover as the knee rest was too hard. Additionally, at 20 lbs, this unit was considerably easier to load into the car. But it was just a bit more wobbly than the rental unit but didn't affect its usability.

Well made product with a useful video guide.
The scooter is very useful allowing my significant other easier movement after fracturing her foot. She has had it for a day so far and has not had any complaints. She really enjoys the basket which will make moving objects easier for her when she is at work.

Perfect alternative to crutches
The first day after I broke my ankle I knew crutches just weren’t going to work. I need my hands! The Knee Scooter was the perfect solution. Strong and durable materials eased my concerns of safety. The basket is a must😊

Excellent
This is exactly what we needed and it got here when we needed it. Our daughter is having major surgery and cannot be on her foot for at least six weeks. What an excellent price and excellent service and perfect timing. Came within two days and costs less to purchase than to rent. And we can collapse it to fit it in our vehicle. Thank you!

Scooter much better than Crutches
The Scooter is exactly what I needed. Instructions could be a little better organized by first showing all the parts then showing instructions to assemble. The first instruction two pics shows it disassembled and the next pic shows to just lift the handle, but there is more to it than that. Once you READ THE WHOLE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST, then you get a better feel for it. The only negative of the product is the handle wobbles while riding it. Otherwise it is GREAT. DELIVERY BY AMAZON WAS BAD. I purchased it with a delivery date of Jan. 24, 2020. Amazon then sends me a revised delivery date of Jan. 24, 2020. I needed it on the 23rd and scheduled my time based on that. Amazon disappointed me so I CANCELLED MY PRIME ACCOUNT. I don't want prime if they can't meet their purchased date deliveries. I HOPE THIS HELPED. GOOD LUCK.
