The media could not be loaded.  Wanted to get rid of my wired headphones. Was looking for something which I can use to make calls while I am sitting in bus and travelling to and from office. This one is perfect. People on other side can hear me well and I can hear them nicely too.The battery life is good too. Used for 4 days and then charged and it got charged in under 20 mins.The design is good too. There are extra ear buds and the box is neat.Overall very satisfied with my decision and getting one for my wife too.

There are several things I dislike about this headset. Primarily the range on it from my phone. This headset will often drop connection to my phone even though it is only 15 feet away. I've had it sitting on my kitchen counter and sat in a living room chair 15 feet away and it drops the bluetooth connection. I've also had it on the counter and stepped into the pantry less than 10 feet away and it drops my connection.It also has a slight delay in connecting the call. When sitting at my desk I have more than once hit the talk button twice because I didn't think it had answered an incoming call, only for it to pick up and then hang up on my caller right away on that 2nd button push.I believe because it drops the connection and is constantly searching for a 'pair' the battery wears down quickly. Last less time than my previously smaller planetronics, even though this is a behind the ear style that should theoretically have a larger battery.Lastly the plastic earbud tips is not entirely comfortable.AVOID this bluetooth headset.

I bought this for hands-free phone calls, and I thought it was pretty promising at first. It's fairly sturdy-looking, the sound is about as good as any other ear piece in this price point, and it's adjustable to fit on either ear.That lasted until my mother called. Now, understand, she can talk for several years without taking a breath and if I actually have any ambitions of getting things done when she decides she wants to talk to me, I have to listen and ___ (fill in the blank with "do the dishes," or "change the cat box," or "make dinner," or any number of other normal householdy things, even the ones that require concentration because, let's face it, it's not like I'm listening all that carefully).So, I set the phone down somewhere and wander about while she yaks, doing this and that, and everyone is happy.I tried that with this, though, and I wasn't happy because, I discovered, when one wanders more than a few feet away, the static and crackling and cutting in and out gets progressively worse. At maybe ten or twelve feet, the person on the other end is completely unintelligible.So...it works, and it's not half bad as long as you stay tethered to your phone. Like the car? Would probably work very well. But if you were hoping to wander around the house in your underpants cleaning the kitchen and only half-listening to your mother, find something with a longer range.

I just bought this headset, very easy to set up in you cellphone, nice color ,sounds great if you like music, very easy to answer incoming calls I really recommend this product but the most important thing is the customer service I will order more set for my family.

Updated 01/21/20: They sent me a knew headset under warranty and what a difference. No more losing connection. I even walked away from my office to go get coffee and it didn't beep at me that I lost connection. There was definitely something going on with the first one and this second one is doing great. I am updating from 3 stars to 4 and if the headset stays the way it is, I will update it to 5 stars. If I forget and you never see an update after 3 months, consider it updated to 5 stars ;)Update 01/17/20: They are sending me a new one and I will post back to let you know if it works better.Original Post: I work from home and use this for my phone on work calls. I have a Samsung Note 8. Typical Bluetooth should have a 33 foot range. If I have the Bluetooth in my right ear and my phone in my back left pocket, the unit continuously looses connection and reconnects, beeping in my ear constantly. If it wasn't for this, I would have given it at least a 4 star rating, if not 5. But, because if this, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that utilizes it in this way.

I bought this with all the hype around it. since they are copying plantronics voyager and I come from a voyager 5200 and the voyager UC, i know it'll be comfortable. I also am an owner of the voyager edge but the ear buds just get uncomfortable after a while.That said, the volume is very very low even when on maximum on the bluetooth volume and on the phone. I also have this paired with an iphone and a android phone so it's not the phone. It's a PITA to turn on/off. and today, it disconnected on me twice and it's 2 feet away from me, if even, while in the car.i also tested the noise cancellation while recording my voice on my voicemail. and it's poor compared to the voyager 5200.would not recommend, and you really get what you pay for.

I have to use the phone a lot at work, yet am still expected to keep up on my computer work. I was getting frustrated because it’s hard to do both with a regular phone. I decided I wanted to try a headset and it’s one of the best decisions I made. I LOVE it!! The sound quality is great and I can hear the caller very well, better then with my regular handheld phone. It’s so nice to have my hands free and be able to talk and work at the same time. Plus I use this when driving, so that I’m hands free and not on my phone, I can concentrate on my driving. The battery last between 7-8 hours a charge, but it doesn’t take long to charge. My mom, who is older and usually always complains about not hearing me well, never complains when I’m using this headset. Highly recommended!!
