Reduced my upper back and neck pain by at least 80%
I have increasingly been experiencing severe upper back (rhomboids) and neck pain resulting in debilitating headaches for almost a year - especially during the work week. In June 2019, I would have a headache 3 out of 5 work days per week. Starting in early July, I began wearing this at my stand-up desk (so I could reach my keyboard without rolling my shoulders forward), and since that time, my headaches have decreased *dramatically* in frequency and intensity: I get only 1 or *no* headaches each week and any headache is easily remedied with a tennis ball against a wall. So if you're experiencing what I experienced, I whole-heartedly recommend this product. One suggestion though: I don't put the straps against my collar bone like the picture - I actually have the straps against the front deltoids, which reminds me to pull my shoulders back. I found that I could still roll my shoulders forward (unless I pulled the straps way too tight), and that by positioning on the deltoids, I feel it is also training me more effectively because I'm more conscious of it.

Excellent value
I was initially skeptical about quality at this price. I bought this to help my posture and relieve stress on my torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. I discovered that this product not only works, but is easy to adjust, is comfortable, easy to put on, easy to take off and more important it really helps alleviate discomfort from my torn rotate cuff & also helps my posture. I keep it on & wear a light-weight shirt jack on top when in a store or restaurant. Well designed product!

Could not wear
After adjusting the straps there was so much material under my arms that there was no way I could wear it without being totally uncomfortable. Returned it.

Not a good product
This doesn’t do what it’s meant for. I m still leaning forward with bad posture. I feel it’s for bigger shoulder built. I weigh 155ibs and still don’t feel the shoulder strap is holding me.I wish there is a way I can return this product.

Runs extremely small
It was so small I could barely get it over my shoulders let alone close it and it stated it would fit up to a 52” chest.

A good product for the money and function.
The use of this product is very rewarding and nice. Does what is is designed to do. Easy to use. Being heavy I would desire more comfortable strapping.

Not what I was hoping for
Very uncomfortable and worst of all very restricting.Caused more back pain with in 10 minutes.Not invisible at all under clothing as it has tons of strap hanging down.Did not give a posture correcting effect

Good buy.
Helps with my shoulders for sure. I still am not at perfect posture, but at least my shoulders are.
