These batteries are old
We purchase two to test and after fully charging the batteries. We are testing the batteries in a body camera. Our current 3100mAh out last these by approximately 30% (3 hours). We charge, record, and measure the batteries for 15 days just in case the batteries have been on the shelf for a while.

Doesn't work
Connected it and didn't work and I tried it so late that I can't return it. Disappointing

More like 1500 mAh
It works, but I'm not getting anywhere near 4000mah, I charged to 4.2V and then discharged to 3.3V, when re-charging the Imax is reporting about 1500mah charge. I was expecting to get about 2-3 hrs running an rpi w/ 7 inch screen, but I only get about 45 mins. I should have known since size-wise compared to a zippy 5000mah cell its less than half the size :(
