Great taste. Requires constant stirring.
For decades I have used Knorr sauce mixes including it Bernaise sauce. I am very satisfied with the taste but to prevent the sauce from burning on the bottom of the sauce pan (which ruins it), almost constant stirring is required. There is an alternate recipe that permits microwaving but the sauce tends to boil over in the microwave. Thus, while constant stirring isn't needed (but intermittent stirring is still needed), this method does require even more careful watching. In the microwave it can change from having a calm surface to boiling over in less than 3 seconds.

I make mine in the microwave
I love food and I especially love rich food, I make mine in the microwave, I found the directions online, much easier and quicker and less messy.

Knorr changed the recipe
Why did Knorr change the recipe??? The ad picture showed the original recipe packet but the order contained a different packaging. Flavor not even in the ballpark. It contains no tarragon which is a key ingredient in Béarnaise sauce which was front and center in original recipe. It also appears that Knorr may have changed the ingredients (recipe) for Parma Rosa. NO MORE KNORR PRODUCT FOR ME
