I purchased this book NEW and received it today. The contents look wonderful and it is just what I was looking for however upon opening the book to view it, the pages are already falling out as the binding is broken. This is unacceptable.

Great ideas and photos. Did rock painting with my youth group and they had a lot of fun.

Although the photos are beautiful, the poor construction of the book (falling apart after flipping through pages) makes it especially difficult to enjoy.

I love this book. I love the simple ideas that are great for people with less dexterity. I just wish it did not say it's for kids as it makes a great art therapy book otherwise.

We love the contents of the book. Great ideas and directions on how to get creative with painting rocks and other things. The problem is the particular book we received fell apart after the second or third opening. Pages would detach themselves from the glued back and fall to the floor. The book gets a 4 on content but a 2 on construction and durability.

I thought the price was a little high when I ordered but when the book arrived I was really pleased with it. Lots of good simple ideas with lovely bright pictures and just enough text for my 8 year old without being too hard for her to read by herself. Could easily be used by a child who couldn’t read as the pictures are very clear. Very bright and appealing to kids.

A lovely colourful book with plenty of ideas to get you going. It's probably more suitable for older children, even adults as some of the designs would be quite tricky for younger children. Still, it's a lovely book to flick through and enjoy.

This was a present for my daughter, I can honestly say thought that the whole family has had equal fun and enjoyment out of this book. Stone painting has become a favourite hobby of the summer holidays and the designs are easy and effective. A great buy.

My friends Grandchildren like rock decorating ,so this book will be great for inspiration on how to do animal pictures etc .A really good Christmas gift idea .
