Not in the condition I had hoped for.
This is a great original work from Beryl Crane and it is becoming harder to find. This book was listed like new. It is not. The dust jacket was like new and the pages clean, but all 4 corners are bent, including the pages at the corners like it sat at the bottom of a really heavy stack of books for an extended period of time. The spine is not like new. It is on the loose side again, like it sat under weight for a long time. I have bought books listed as very good in better condition and I paid more on this one because a new one was not available and it was listed like new.

A Mixed Bag
I was not sure whether I should give this book one star or five, so I compromised at three. On the plus side, the book contains a tremendous amount of information, far more than other books on reflexology that I have read. It is evident that the book was written by a gifted practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. On the minus side, the book could use some massive editing. For example, some critical terms are not defined, illustrations often do not appear on the same page as the related text, and it frequently is necessary to flip back and forth between different sections of the book to develop a full understanding of what you need to know. For a reader with sufficient patience, this book will be extremely useful and rewarding. For anyone else, it will be frustrating.

Packed full of information for the professional reflexologist
This book is full of information. It is a pity that the Kindle version has many of the diagrams in the wrong area. Eg you are reading about a technique and the closest diagrams have nothing to do with what you are reading. I was going to give it 3 stars because of this but I don't want people to confuse that with the information. It is a fabulous book for the professional reflexologist. I am pleased I bought it although it is quit annoying to navigate at times.

Great Reference Book
I purchased this book to serve as a reference and to further my understand of alternative healing methods. It has plenty of pictures and goes from the ground up on explaining the theory behind Reflexology. If you needed or wanted just one book on Reflexology, I would recommend owning this book - it is that good.

The most comprehensive reflexology book ever!
This book is concise, clearly written and easy to read. It includes the usual topics covered in reflexology books e.g. what is reflexology, history, how it works, zone theory, etc. Plus it covers areas that few other reflexology books have covered before: setting up a practice, consultation procedures, hand reflexology, ear reflexology and face reflexology. It touches on all aspects of reflexology and health, mental, physical and spiritual. As the title says the definitive guide! A must for every reflexologist.
