My wife was mad at me when I bought this. She said "Another appliance that we won't use". We'll she was wrong and the our kids ask for fresh waffles almost every weekend since we bought this thing over a year ago. It makes perfect waffles every time and the non stick surface pretty much cleans itself. I just give it a quick wipe down after each use and it looks brand new. My kids don't like their waffles too well done, so I pull them out before the indicator light goes off. I also keep the dial off the highest setting and they come out perfect every time. If you want waffles more crispy, just leave them in there longer. I love how the handle folds up and it doesn't take up too much space. The kids love when I add chocolate chips and even the chocolate doesn't make a mess. My pictures are after over 1 year of use and it still looks brand new.

I am super picky about my waffles. I like them crunchy but not black. This waffle maker does a fantastic job of making waffles and I have tried 4-5 different makers trying to find one I liked. This one fits just right :-) Love it you need one!!!

It’s so perfect and easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space either. It’s even got a removable plate underneath to prevent a mess.

This waffle maker is like having one from the hotel chains at home. Make sure you read the details though. That way you're not left thinking you're missing parts. What I mean by that is in the pictures, the seller shows a waffle removal tool. That tool is not included and the seller should make it clear that it's not sold with the waffle maker, by removing that picture. My younger daughter and I love making waffles with this waffle maker. It is perfect and easy to use! The plate is removable, and it is very easy to clean. I can't comment on safety because obviously if you put your hand on a hot plate it's going to burn, so use common sense and don't put your hand on the hot griddle plates. Otherwise I see no safety issues using this product. It is easy to store and very durable.
