Where is this made and where is it shipped from?

I found a 5-star review called "Pleasantly Surprised" on Oct 2nd, 2020 that states that it's made in China. As far as where it's shipped from, I don't know, but it says that if I order now that I'll get it by tomorrow with free shipping. I live close to Austin, TX.
