This is the best harissa I’ve found. Ever. It’s very spicy, which I like. The flavor is spot on, just like I’ve had in the Middle East. I rub it on veggies like eggplant and zucchini before grilling, put it on chicken, honestly I’d eat it on toast. I’ve used it to spice up bland red sauce. This could make any meal sexy. A little goes a long way, and the heat is dependent on the quantity you use. The jar came in a box and inside the box it was wrapped in cardboard protective wrap, so no issue with leakage or broken glass. I will be ordering this over and over. I follow the Mediterranean diet and this is a great way to bring some excitement to a very clean eating plan. I have recommended this to everyone I know who has a pan and a spatula in the kitchen, seriously. So yum.

I use this mostly in rice and soups when I want more of a kick than the powder. It can change the flavor profile of things like broccoli cheese soup, mushrooms over rice or scrambled eggs. Using it elevates your dishes. It has a bit of a bite to it but I crave spicy things so it’s perfect. If you don’t like spicy things, use just a drop or two. If you like medium spicy, a bit on the end of a spoon perhaps. It’s strong so you taste it but the taste is exquisite. I highly recommend it.

I use this whenever a recipe calls for Harissa and I don't have the time or ingredients to make my own. Since I can't find it locally (rural living), I feel lucky to get this through Amazon. So far, I've been pleased with the product. I'm sure if I made it fresh and could control the spice level more it would be better but this is definitely a great substitute!

I’ve bought other Harissa products and I’ll have to say that this is by far the best I’ve ever tried! It’s delicious!!! Nice flavor with a little smoke and spicy but not so hot that you can’t enjoy it... I made a simple pasta dish by making linguini and tossing it with a can of cherry tomatoes fresh basil and parsley and a tablespoon or so of harissa plus plenty of Romano and Parmesan Cheese and it was excellent! Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend buying this brand especially and the seller was fantastic too!!! It arrived sooner than expected and was packaged carefully.

Taste great

This can last a long time as you don't need much to bring a very good Harissa flavor to any dish. Unless you are like me and start to put it on everything. Have used on pasta, salads, sandwiches, burgers, sauteing veg, savory crepes, eggs, and it has given a whole new life to some dishes I was getting tired of. Has a perfect warm mouth feel (those who can't handle spicy, might be too much) to it if you use too much. Flavors are spot on too. Saw a post about the sodium level, could be lower but if you aren't using in spoonfuls on small items, it goes a long way and you don't have to add the usual salt you add to a dish normally. It is a new staple in my kitchen for sure!
