Firgelli Automations 32 Inch Guide Rail 400lbs Capacity

I bought two sets of these drawer slides to replace the old slides on two large and deep drawers in which I kept heavy pots. Because they came without screws or instructions the experienced person I hired to install them had a devil of a time figuring out precisely the clearances needed and where the release was located. They do work, but you'd better be really experienced and handy if you're going to install them yourself.

Most economical slide in this length that I found. Just like shorter slides this one comes apart so that the slide and rail can be mounted to the cabinet and drawer separately and then reinserted. The claim is is 400 lb capacity, it is a heavy slide however I would not count on the pair carrying 400 lb.Slide action is smooth, typical of other slides in a shorter length.

We built 32" x32" drawers for our pantry. They hold 200 jars of canned goods at 1.25 to 2lbs each for a total of at least 250lbs per drawer. Fully loaded, they slide smoothly to their full, 32" extension.

I want to give these a good review because they are excellent quality but no way they will hold more than like 150lb or so realistically. Bought $100 set of other vendor 500lb slides and there is no comparison, the 500lb are like 4 times the metal and 3 times the dimensions.

I used these for deep drawers under the bench seats in our RV. These are thin but very strong so I could maximize the drawer width. Even withe the drawers loaded they roll to full extension smoothly and easily. They are worth the money.

Ever order something like these that says 400 pound limit and extends 32". I'm like ya right but should be good for my 100 pound generator. Well I'll be, you're NOT going to find this at Home Depot. We're talking heavy duty s*** here.

Overall, not happy with these. I bought the first pair for a storage drawer for my 4X4. They lasted about a year and a half. I don’t believe for a second that they’re good for 400 pounds a pair. I kept roughly 150 pounds on them and they started to droop after a few months. I ordered another pair to reinforce the existing drawer and they sat in the shipping package for months since I’m always traveling for work. Just pulled them out today to install them and a plastic piece on both of them fell apart. Said plastic pieces must have held the bearings in because the ball bearings fell out when I extended the rails. After crawling on the garage floor for a couple minutes, I put them back in and tried to slide the drawer back in. This decision totally wrecked the frames that held the ball bearings. Now I have to let all my tools and gear sit while I track down replacements. I regret buying these.

The price was good, best I could find to meet my needs, shipping was quick with Prime. I found no fault in them and they were easy to install. Used only a month I guess the real test is yet to come, if something turns south I will post it.
