I was expecting it to be bigger, but it actually works fine. It was a bit on the hard side for me, so it's great that I was able to remove hulls to make it more comfortable. It's quite practical because you can sit on top of it, but you can also use it as a kneeling pillow. I use it to meditate and I also use it to just sit on the floor. The FelizMax crescent zafu arrived on time and they were nice to send me an email with care instructions. I recommend this Safu!

Took this up to Joshua Tree for Bhakti fest which is a yoga/meditation/music festival for 3 days and nights. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without having had this cushion. It would have impacted my ability to enjoy some of the session as id have been extremely uncomfortable. This is extremely comfortable and supportive. Excellent for sitting cross-legged or in heros pose. You can remove some husks to adjust pliability amd formness but I think it was perfect the way it came. To be honest with you, I planned on using it the weekend and returning it! (I KNOW. But what can I say times are hard.) However, it was so helpful and comfortable that I took it home to wash because as you can imagine after a long weekend sitting in the ground it was filthy. So I removed the cover and washed it. Like new. I couldn't return it. It was just too useful and comfortable. I use it often for meditation sessions and sound baths and such. Highly recommend for its comfortable and natural materials as well as ease of cleaning and superior craftsmanship. Well made. A+ product.

Perfect for extra support for your neck when working out. When my neck is stiff at times I use this pillow. Very comfortable

I am using this product for yoga modifications in pregnancy. It is supportive and made from durable and strong materials. It is filled with Barley husks, so it isn't as soft as some other bolsters I have seen available, but that isn't an issue and is stated clearly in the product description. It is a little more compact in size from others as well and has a different, more curvaceous shape to it. I find that leaning back on it takes a little adjustment. I may remove some of the husks and replace with a more foamy material to help with the level of firm in this bolster. It seems like it will last a long time! I've had it for a few weeks and it has definitely helped me expand my practice. Good product!

Very happy with this meditation cushion. The cover is dark blue which will be good for not showing soil at all, and the follow-up NOT to soak the buckwheat filler will be helpful for many who don't know that that part needs to stay dry. Thank you.

I've never bought something like this before, but I'm super happy that I did! No smell, no assembly, no hassle. The zipper is easily concealed and/or concealable by flipping the cusion.It's perfect for meditation, yoga support, floor cushions, or even a couch cushion that has more umph and support than a regular pillow. It's also great for work where you need to sit on the floor (e.g. teachers, artists, etc.),10/10 recommend. Also, I will buy more in the future. 👌 I haven't attempted the sun-sanitation routine yet, but will update if necessary after trying!

Omg what a difference from sitting on the floor or a bed pillow!!!!!I put off buying one of these for a LONG time because A) I was being cheap—I mean, I could make do, right? Why spend $20-40 if I didn’t have to? and B) I’m paranoid AF of bugs. I read buckwheat pillow horror stories when I was shopping for a new bed pillow and it was enough to deter me from even trying one. Nope! No worth the risk.Finally, with all the positive reviews on this pillow, I went for it. I just got it this morning and opened it up and didn’t see any bugs inside. Just clean buckwheat hulls. I’m going to leave it in direct sunlight to “clean” it periodically, and I recommend you do the same, just to be safe. My body is so much happier after my meditation this morning; it’s worth a shot. Try it out!

This meditation/yoga pillow is perfect. The inside is super full when you first receive it, but it is easy enough to remove any excess fill to your desired fullness. It’s very firm, but is great for meditation.
