Very good, high quality, great customer service
I have two of these grips - a 45kg one (which I can close) and a 90kg one (which I definitely can't - yet!)They're both excellent quality - the handles are well made, the knurling gives grip without shredding your hands, they're silent in operation and the colour coding is a nice touch. For the price they're a bargain, and I expect them to last a very long time.I wholeheartedly recommend the company too. I had a minor problem with posting and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Perfect customer service, thank you Fitness-Mad, and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Great value
I started off with an adjustable 40kg hand grip, then moved up to an 80kg adjustable one and now bought this 110kg black one as it seemed really good value. Can't close it yet but working on it. It feels solid and looks great and it's quite compact so I can carry it round in my pocket. Plus the soft covers from my other grip fit it perfectly for when my hands get sore.

Handy and you can get exercise even when relaxing
I find this a very handy (pun intended!) little item to keep by the chair when I'm watching TV or relaxing ... I feel like even though I'm sitting, I'm getting some exercise and toning my lower arms. I also use it by squeezing between my palms with my arms raised to chest height and this works the muscles of the upper arms. It's not a cardio workout or anything, but it's movement and that's always good!

Bien, pero mejorable
Es duro, tiene tensión, es apto para manos grandes, se agradece el acabado metálico al completo, pero tiene un fallo que a mi personalmente me resulta molesto al usarlo y es el moleteado de los mangos que me provoca rozaduras en la piel. Deberían haber incorporado unos rebajes para los dedos con superficie lisa, o una funda de goma. Si lo usas un rato no pasa nada, pero como le des mucha caña acabas con las manos doloridas y con el tiempo va a terminar provocando callos
