I bought this as I was looking to make some Cat6 cables and the problems that I have had with other crimpers which are not suitable for the pass through type of connectors.once you master the order of the wires your set to go , the crimper does what it says on the box and gives a neat and precise cut at termination,this unit is a little pricey than others that look like it but it is well made and sturdy and very easy to use.I purchase another on as they are on offer at the moment with a large discount , you can make professional standard cable with just a few hours practice and at the fraction of the price that you would pay in store,I would recommend this product.

I used this to reterminate a few corroded outdoor cable ends and found it easier to use than the last one. With this one you can feed the untwisted pairs through the end of the RJ45 end and the tool trims them and crimps at the same time.

With the Pass-Through, crimping is so much more fun! Should have bought it from the very start and would have saved myself two other crimp tools. Both previous weren't Pass-Through and also were very bad at actually crimping the contacts... so much try and error.This tool, right from the start, perfect! Good offer with the Pass-Through connectors thrown in!

Bought a cheaper traditional pass-thru crimper which failed on first use. Replaced it with the VCE pass through crimper. This tool is well made, sturdy, easy to use and worthy of the label "professional tool". It is not cheap but if you do have the need to make off Pass Through RJ45 plugs on a fairly regular basis then this tool is for you.

After building an extension on my house I needed to reroute and reconfigure my Internet connectivity - in particular my SkyQ hardwired connections. Also upgrade the cabling in anticipation of FTTP coming to my house. An enthusiastic amateur, fairly ignorant about the ins and outs of CAT cabling and the like, some research at the University of Google led me to the realisation that I needed an RJ45 pass-through crimper and looking at the Amazon pages led me to this one. I don't know if it will stand up to the day-to-day rigours of a professional's demands but it did a fine job with the half-dozen or so connectors that I needed. The fact that the package also included the plugs and covers meant that I didn't have to take the risk of incompatibility with ordering those from a separate source.

Makes prep and termination of cables easy

Very pleased so far, good bit of kit. A bit pricey but on the whole good.

I had 8 cables to terminate. This tool successfully terminated 1 of those 8. The others haven't punched down properly. Absolute trash, don't waste your money.

Nach vielen erfolglosen Versuchen mit anderen Produkten, hat diese System gleich beim ersten Mal funktioniert. CAT 6 Kabel mit Stecker versehen. 1000 mbps 👍

Works well

j'utilisais des pinces 1er prix en me demandant souvent si les fils etaient bien passés au bon endroit - j'ai refait pas mal de connections et l'intégration du blindage était souvent ratée.Avec cet outil qui s'avère très vite indispensable, ca devient beaucoup plus simple : on traverse, on place le blindage en contact au bon endroit, on vérifie, puis on sertit et coupe l'excédent de cable en 1 passe.L'écart à l'utilisation est encore plus flagrant si les brins sont un peu mous - dans ce cas c'est presque impossible avec une pince 1er prix.Au niveau qualité fabrication et fonctionnement, je rangerais ca dans les outils pro - y'a meme une lame de rechange pour qui passe sa journée à faire des cables.

Davvero eccezionale questa crimpatrice, permette di crimpare i plug RJ45 con una facilità impressionate, utilissima e davvero molto pratica.Anche la dotazione con cui è fornita non è da meno (plug RJ4 passanti con possibilà di collegamento anche della schermatura del cavo STP/FTP, protezioni anti curvatura per i plug e una pinza tagliafilo utile anche per cablare le prese a muro)

Muy fácil de usar por poner un pero la cuchilla no corta del todo bien pero trae una de recambio
