I purchased the Foaming & non-Foaming toothpaste in Wintergreen & Peppermint. Toothpaste was recommended by my Dentist. Both flavors taste nice, not very strong. I did not care for the non-Foaming toothpaste; the Foaming toothpaste seems to do a better job. Rinse your toothbrush before adding toothpaste and do not add water after you add the toothpaste. It is pricey, if it is in your budget, you will see improvement in your teeth.

I've been using this for a few years now - no cavities since I've been using it! It is pricey, but I don't eat breakfast so I use regular toothpaste in the morning and this one at night so it lasts longer.

It did not remove large quantities of plague that I have on the backs of my teeth by the gumline, but it did make my mouth feel cleaner. However, it does not have fluoride, and I am uncomfortable with that, and it's pricey.

I'm not great with keeping up on dental visits because I work away from home and it makes it difficult to set appointments. I also am the kind that tends to build plaque on my teeth. I've always thought that there should be a way to develop a product that would dissolve built up plaque but I figured that wasn't likely. Until I ordered this LivFresh gel. Wow, I'm a believer now. After a couple of weeks the built up tartar in my teeth is gone. There was a bit between my teeth but it crumbled and fell off with a flossing. I wouldn't have ever expected the efficacy of this product but trust me, it works. People comment on the price but it's absolutely worth it. Great product, I just ordered more.

I really wanted this to work. Within three days my gums were bleeding and felt like they had been burned. I swear my lower front teeth felt like they were loose and I thought the gums looked like they were being brushed away. Yes, my teeth felt clean and the taste was fine so in that respect the toothpaste was effective. I usually don't have much plaque and wanted whiter teeth. I saw whiter teeth but I also saw gums that bled, a mouth so sore I couldn't eat comfortably. Did it work? Yes and that's why I'm hesitate to give it only three stars. It did as advertised but I'd hate for someone to spend money, as it is expensive, and end up with the same issues. Once I stopped using it and started on another brand of toothpaste my gums healed in about a week. It may have been a reaction to an ingredient. So, three for making my mouth and gums bleed and five for effectiveness in whitening my teeth. I saw a difference the first week.

I purchased this at the recommendation of my dentist, who uses it as well. It does not contain fluoride and comes in both foaming and non-foaming versions. You can get multiple flavors as well; my favorite is the mild peppermint non-foaming. You do not wet your brush beforehand, and you do not rinse your mouth with water afterwards. That's why I think the non-foaming version is nice. It's a very small bottle, but you use only a pea-sized amount. I buy it in bulk when it goes on sale, and I also like the Subscribe & Save discount. I use it twice a day and love that my teeth feel silky smooth first thing in the morning and for the rest of the day. Don't be surprised by the very small bottle; you don't have to use much. I wouldn't even consider the small bottle size a con because you use such a small amount that it lasts for a very long time. Additionally, it's easy to fit in a medicine cabinet. I would say the only con is that if you accidentally wet your brush, my dentist says that it wastes the product because it dilutes the active ingredient. I absolutely love this stuff. I don't think you should be fooled by the cost or the small bottle size. It seems to last a very, very long time. It's worth every penny for healthy teeth that feel silky clean all day and night.

I’m on the fence about this toothpaste. It’s expensive. It says to not add water to your toothbrush or it will dissolve which I find odd. The taste is very mild. I have a Tao toothbrush that works really well so my teeth get really clean and the paste cleans my teeth really well. They really do feel like I just came out of the dentist’s chair. I have tooth sensitivity and this doesn’t make that worse. It’s very effective. I have an upcoming dentist appointment coming up in a few days so I’m excited to see what the dentist has to say about my gums and teeth. I’ll update if I get a better than normal review.

Amazing how much this gets off your teeth. The first time brushing I gave them a good brushing and what I spat out was pretty nasty but when I checked my teeth I was blown away the difference. I only use this tooth paste only at night now and use my normal brand morning and lunch time. I did use it all 3 times at the start but now that they are pretty clean and I feel what is left needs the tools from the dentist. Great tooth paste if you have stained teeth and can’t afford the dentist.

I've been using this toothpaste for 3 months now, but I was waiting until my next dental appointment before giving the verdict. I have advanced periodontal disease and my periodontal pockets measure as high as 7 in some places. At today's dental appointment, those measurements of 7 are now down to 5, which is back down to moderate peridontal disease! The hygienist said my gums are healing nicely and that I'm doing a great job with whatever I'm doing! Aside from her professional assessment of my gums, personally, I notice less plaque build-up and my teeth feel cleaner after brushing. We're aiming to get my measurements down to a 4 (early periodontal disease) by the next appointment. I can't recommend this toothpaste high enough!!! Going to buy another tube now!
