I love it! It's exactly what I was looking for!There's a place for key subjects, a notes column and a summary column, and it has enough page to get me through the fall semester. The first page has a diagram that shows you how to use it and gives you a couple tips and the rest is blank.Note: I tried to share but for some reason it won't upload 🙁The cover is paper like a textbook, so it does tear, when I opened it one of them was a little ripped at the bottom, with a little tape it was good as new.

The only complaint I have about this notebook is that the “periwinkle” color is more of a light blue. My daughter doesn’t mind the difference in color so we’re going to keep it but I think the color as it’s represented in the listing pic is much prettier. (I tried to take a pic that would show the color as it is in person but I couldn’t get it to photograph accurately.)

The surface of the notebook feels almost like suede! The paper is thick too. I like using the Sharpie liquid highlighters. They bleed through the paper slightly, but not much. I purchased four notebooks.

If you aren't at a full size desk or if you have a computer in front of you, it's impossible to use both sides of the page. Otherwise, great product and extremely helpful.
