On the base of the jig is a 3/4" bracket that can be micro adjusted to fit and lock into industry standard 3/4" saw table mitre slots and router table 3/4" T Track. Once positioned in the track slot you can move the large aluminium casting back and forth to achieve the exact amount of stock that you wish to remove. At the front of the aluminium casting is a steel roller bearing that ensures that the stock glides through the jig in a smooth controlled movement. As the stock is not trapped between the blade and fence there is much less risk of binding and kickback.Measures 200mm in length by 90mm in width with a low profile depth of 12mm.
