This is a really good bargain for the price. The quality of the mustard is very good. It worked out well for making mustard pickles and added the flavor that I was looking for. 16oz is a lot of ground mustard, and I'm not sure if I'll ever have to buy ground mustard again. If I do, I'll buy this product again.

Very easy to make a homemade mustard
I purchased this 2 and a half years ago to make my own mustard at home. We were tired of the additives and the ‘light flavor’ of store bought ready made mustard so i figured why not. It’s easy, tasty, spicy, clears your sinuses and is the mustard you remember from childhood (for those of us who used to have real mustard). Definitely recommend and will be purchasing again. By the way, I have a small household and I just ran out.
