Bio-availability of ingredients???
I'm surprised at the low bio-availability of the ingredients. Magnesium oxide, maybe 10% available? To improve sleep magnesium L-threonate is best.Zinc oxide, literally used as a sunscreen, maybe 5% to15% available. Zinc gluconate has better absorption. Great scott, copper oxide is the green patina on copper. Copper chelate is way better.The rest of the minerals are chelates and are well absorbed.My star ratings are subject to edit once I've given this a fair trial, I just got this today. Who knows maybe the synergies of the present formulation will be sufficient?
