Case Logic Point and Shoot Camera Case TBC-402 ,Black

Quality of materials: Overall the quality of materials used are excellent. The bag is made of soft plush nylon. The material feels textured and smooth. I would rate the overall quality as very high. The one exception to this, in my opinion, is the carabiner. It works overall but I have noticed some sharp edges on it where the pins attach the clip to the hook. I think 99% of the time this wont bother you in normal use. But I just didn't want to take a chance so I bought a new carabiner for it after having it just for a couple days.Size/Versatility: The size is great, very versatile. I have a Creative Vado HD which fits in it just fine. In fact, at first I questioned if the bag was too big. But, I have since decided to keep the bag since its made so well and just in case I get another pocket cam in the future that is a bit bigger. You see, I think Caselogic made this bag to fit as many possible pocket cams as they could. So it will fit, for example, a Flip Ultra which is much larger than the Creative Vado HD. And since the Vado is just a little bigger than the Flip Mino it should definitely fit that camera as well. It also perfectly fits an iPhone 3G/S. But if your camera is smaller than the iPhone don't worry. There will be extra space but the camera shouldn't move around a lot and the case is so well made and padded it should be perfectly safe. The case should fit in your pocket but you might have to stuff it in there and its going to look pretty full from the outside. The one exception to this might be cargo pants. So I would say this bag is best for putting on or in another bag or clipping to your belt.Overall Value: The question is, would I buy this again? Yes, out of all the cases I looked at I would still go with this one. It's just made so well and the material is just so high on this little guy that I cant regret my purchase. Sure, its a bit larger than what my camera needs but not ridiculously so and just in case I upgrade cameras a couple years down the road I can be sure that this case will probably work for another pocket video cam as well.

I bought this to use with my [Canon PowerShot SX260 HS 12.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera with 20x Image Stabilized Zoom 25mm Wide-Angle Lens and 1080p Full-HD Video]The camera fits very nicely. There's not a ton of extra room in the camera pocket, and it's certainly not too tight either. I let the wrist strap on the camera hang out of the top and I pull it out that way. The smaller pocket is good for my extra battery, and you could probably fit another battery in there though I only have one.Even with all the zippers open, things don't fall out of this case when I have it hanging from a belt or beltloop, which is great cause I like to quickly take the camera out and put it back in without zipping it up all the way when walking around (I don't unzip it all the way though), or I'll completely forget that I've unzipped the front pocket.This comes with both a belt loop on the middle back and a carabiner on the smaller loop at the top. I don't really use the belt loop cause I like to be able to take the whole case off my hip, but it's better to use that if you don't want it swinging around while you walk. I like that it has options though. You don't even have to put it on your pants.. you could just put it in your bag. Your camera will be safe from bag items within its own case. The case is nice and protective, not thin.

SO I just won the lottery and wanted a camera to film everything. Just kidding. I won a Flip Cam through Dell University in 2010. I waited a few months until they were able to mail it to me. I go out to karaoke every week and out to the bar twice a week. I wanted video of our friends singing, dancing and just randomness you wouldn't be able to get quick enough fumbling with a bulky camcorder.When I got my Flip Cam I was playing with it when I realized, "I have nothing to put it in when I leave my house.."First thing I did was go online and look for cases . Some people were saying to get a little silicone case but that wouldn't protect the lens and I don't carry a purse all the time. So I found this cute little case and figured it would be great since it has a belt loop lock on it and a little zipper pocket to hold extra batteries.Pros: It is worth the price to pay when you have a small camera and need it in a jiffy. It can hold up to 6 extra AA batteries. It's thick and holds the camera in perfectly without it moving around. It has a belt loop on the back or you can use the belt key lock on top.Cons: If you get a silicone case, it's difficult to put into the case and you can only have two batteries instead of 6. If you have a wrist strap on the camera, you have to stuff the strap inside or leave it on the outside.Otherwise this is a great buy and worth keeping.

This case just arrived and it's awesome. Everything I thought it would be and more. And for the price of $4.99 you can't beat it. It is nicely padded so if you were to drop the case with the camera in it, I think it would have a cushioned fall. It has a belt loop if you care to hook it on a belt , but my favorite feature is the tiny carabiner clip that can easily attach to about anything. I just received this little case to use with my new Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera (Black). I've not had it long enough to put it through the paces, but my initial impression is quite favorable. The case has a very slim profile, yet seems to offer terrific protection. I travel a lot, and I have no concerns tossing this into a bag and knocking through a daily commute or bouncing through airports. Unlike some other cases, the zipper runs across the top and about 1/2 down the side, making it easy to slide my Zi8 in or out. The Zi8 fits quite comfortable inside the case. It is not a really snug fit, but not so much extra space that it swims around inside. The zippered outer pocket is a nice add-on for such a slender case - perfect for an extra memory card and spare battery. I don't think it is large enough to fit the USB cable for my Zi8 - not a big deal, though. The color of the inside of both the main compartment and the outer pocket is bright yellow, a small touch that I always appreciate it as it makes finding things inside much simpler. The case does not come with a strap, but it does include a nice belt loop as well as a small carabiner so that you can easily hook it onto the inside or outside of a backpack, or example.I also have a Flip Ultra HD (not the latest generation), and it, too, fits quite nicely. I will likely order a second one of these cases for that.For smaller video cameras, or similarly sized digital cameras, I don't think you'll find a better value. Great job, Case Logic!

I've had this for a couple weeks now & LOVE IT !!! The fit (Zi8) is perfect. There's not much to add to all the positive reviews, but I want to mention that the Zi8 fits perfects in this case even WITH the silicone sleeve on (giving you even more protection).Even though my primary application for the Kodak Zi8 is on a tripod in my in-home music studio to record my songs (vocal & acoustic guitar), I find that this case makes me want to take the camera everywhere I go. With the CaseLogic case, it's so easy & of course, depending on wardrobe, I use the carrabiner to clip it (usually) to a belt loop or else use the belt hook. Either way, the Caselogic plus the Kodak Zi8 is a tremendously portable combination !!!As everyone mentioned, there's lots of room in the zippered front pocket for extra batteries and SD cards. Don't plan on putting anything else in this pocket, but what else do you need - with these few extra items you are set for an entire day of video recording. BTW - another great item at a GREAT AMAZON PRICE !!!

Using this case to store my Samsung W300 camcorder. The picture may not show it, but the zipper runs across the top and 3/4 of the way down one side. Fits my camcorder perfectly. The case is well padded and the interior is made of soft material that will not scratch the lens or display. There is a small pocket to store an extra memory card, and not much else. This works perfectly, since the W300's USB connection (used to recharge the battery as well as transfer data) stores inside the camcorder itself. Very happy.One thing, the clip on top of the case is held to the case by a very small piece of material. I would not trust it to hold the case with the camera in it. It might, but I would not trust it. I do not use the clip, so not a big deal.

These Caselogic cases are perfect for holding an mp3 player and earphones. Very comfy put in a front pocket on my shirt and I can happily bang my hammer all day long, driving my fantastic neighbours mad, whilst I am happily listening to ma favourite tunes, bliss! Looks great and chunkily well made, though not as chunky or as hunky as ma self.
