I’ve been researching a couple popular travel pillows for quite sometime and wanted to find something not only comfortable as far as material goes, but also something that I’d be able to adjust myself with. After finding this pillow, the design is what really made me curious since it is very asymmetrical. One long side and one short side to give myself options to how I would like to adjust the pillow based on how I rest particularly being seated.Pros:•Asymmetrical shape allows for great adjustments based on how you sleep and your neck size.•Super comfortable memory foam pillow that can be removed from the sleeve to wash. (Not having to hand wash the pillow sheet is pretty good!)•Great material used around the neck. Feels like it will keep you cool when you get hot.•Able to fit in a small bag that’s provided. Easy to store!Cons:•Wish there was a way to tighten pillow around the neck to prevent pillow from moving around when adjusted to how you sleep.I tested this pillow to ensure it was what I was looking for and it definitely took me by surprise. The memory foam pillow is already one of my favorite pillows to sleep with, and this provides the same comfort. The biggest factor is the short and tall end of the pillow that allows you to adjust to your neck and the way you sleep, which is entirely what I was looking for in a travel pillow. The nicest touch was the material used for the pillow sleeve itself. The cloth used for the neck feels very relaxing and easy to rest with. You can even remove the pillow sleeve from the memory foam pillow to wash it instead of having to hand wash the pillow. It does come with a clip to tighten the pillow around the neck, but I do still feel it move around a bit since I tend to move in my sleep. But overall, an extremely well made pillow that I’d definitely recommend this pillow since you are able to adjust it to your comfort. That alone makes this pillow at the top undisputedly.

I just used this pillow for a grueling 12 hour long transatlantic flight followed by another 3 hour “short-haul” flight after a 2 hour stopover.It is by far the best travel pillow I have ever used, and I have tried every iteration of travel pillow.For the first time ever I was able to sleep well on an extended flight - the pillow and eye-mask helped me sleep for 8 hours straight on the long flight! I have reached my destination after almost 17 hours of travel and feel completely rested.It secures snugly around the neck and provides great support without any pain or feeling of suffocation. The foam is soft, but doesn’t collapse under the weight of the head like the Cabeau memory foam pillow does. Also, this pillow features better support under the chin than the Cabeau.On the shorter flight I took it off and put it on the tray table and slept with my head down on it!I do not regret making this purchase at all! I pity the poor travelers who still use the terrible regular horseshoe-shaped pillows.

**Update** Customer service contacted me after I posted the following review. The company sent me another pillow which didn’t have the bad smell and also updated design so it wasn’t so hot around the neck. Giving them one more star for the great service.Ordered this last week and eagerly tried it out. But upon opening I saw the stitching for the buckle strap was slightly frayed and worried if it will continue to come undone as I keep using it. But I tried it on anyways, the higher side cradled my neck nicely as it's designed to be. The pillow did get a bit hot after using for about 30 min and I found myself unbuckling it to cool off my neck.However, there's an odor that I think is from the memory foam that still hasn't dissipated after being aired out for several days. I even took the cover off. Getting the cover back on is a bit of a struggle, just like stuffing it back into the carry sack. It could be done but not very easily. Overall, I say it's a much better pillow for supporting the neck especially during travel when you have to sleep upright. But the odor was bothersome and the way the pillow wraps around under my chin, I got really hot from my own breath as well.

The strap could've been a little more snug. Couldn't quite get this thing tight enough. But overall good product and design.

Never thought I’d use a travel pillow but got a big trip coming up so figured I’d give one a shot. Read ALOT of info on Amazon, pluses and minuses of this kind and that kind and finally settled on this one. It’s the “newer” version of the other one that’s one the site. Have just tested it out around the house so far (and yes it looks strange walking around and resting my head against things to see how it feels), but feels great! It’s adjustable so you can make it lose it snug. Provides great neck support at any angle. It also comes with eye covers and ear plugs. The eye cover actually works really well to block out light too. The covering is also nice on the skin and it’s a good neutral color (grey). Also doesn’t take up much space once it’s in its little sack. Will give an update when I get back from the trip!

This product is a high left/right side travel pillow with a thin rear neck support. I needed this style because I will be traveling on a long flight soon and was hoping to have a pillow I could test for comfort. The full surround support is extremely valuable to me, as I have a tendency to lean in various directions on a long flight. This supports my head regardless of which way I am leaning and reduces neck/head stress. I have a rather slim neck so it fits a very slight bit on the loose side after strapped in. Comes with earplugs and eyemask. I don't think over ear headsets will work too well with them unfortunately (all the pillows don't work well with over ear headsets, as far as I know.The true wrap around feature where the pillow overlaps makes a MASSIVE difference in comfort compared to others I have tried, including the previous version, a samsonite foam bead invertable pillow, and the cabeau. The cabeau memory foam one is too high on the sides and actually puts pressure on my jawline and causes discomfort on long rides, where this one seems like it will not do the same.
