Most comfortable
These leggings are the best! I have Lipedema and have been on the hunt for the best compression tight/leggings to wear under pants or with dresses. I have several different types of compression tights/leggings. I love the diamond shaped impressions it really does feel amazing. I have worn them for 12 hrs straight with NO ITCHING! I tend to itch pants, tights and leggings after a few hours. Easy to get on and I like thay they stretch over my large things. Only downside is the price, I want to buy multiples to be able to wear at night as well but I am slowly building my inventory with them.

Ok for my 35" inseam
I'm 5'10.5" and normally wear an XL/16Tall in department store pants. I have lipedema and own 3 of these leggings in an XL. I can kinda-sorta wear them at my foot arch, but they do tend to slide up to my ankles with certain shoes. (Not sure why.) These are much easier to get on than my CZsalus leggings, so I'd say the compression is a bit less. These are much easier to wear in the summer, that's for sure! I recently bought the brown and olive colors. While not sheer like nylons, they don't really look enough like athletic leggings to make me think I could get away with wearing them in public with just a long tunic shirt or sweater.

Best compression garment EVER!
The Bioflect brand came highly recommended by my massage therapist and physiologist to help treat lymphedema, and I can see why!! Let me count the ways....1. They are soooooo easy to put on. I have other compression garments that work great, but I have to take an extra 5-10 minutes to get dressed because they're not easy to put on. With these, it takes the same amount of time to put on as regular tights.2. They don't look like a compression garment. It looks like a stylish patterned legging. I often wear these as a legging under a long tunic top or short dress.3. They're thin enough to comfortably wear under trousers. Some of my compression garments do the job, but the material makes it way too hot to wear under trousers. I live in sunny Florida, where the heat and humidity can be oppressive from late spring until mid-autumn, so I don't need any assistance with staying warm.4. Every time I wear these, my legs feel great! I don't get stiffness that I sometimes get with some compression garments, and it does the job with keeping the swelling away. The only thing that's a nuisance (if you really want to call it that) is it does leave a pattern on your legs after wearing them, but the pattern does go away pretty quickly, so to me, it's not a nuisance. If I would give one suggestion to Bioflect, it would be to make a size chart based on the lower half measurements (waist, hips, leg circumference) rather than the weight. Based on my height and weight (5'9", 175lbs), the chart said I was a size XL. However, they were too big for me (but still "wearable" and functional so I didn't send them back) - a size M/L actually suits me better.

comfy & very supportive
I was skeptical about the weird pattern on these--kind of a waffle texture. It does leave funny lines on my legs after I've worn them, but they do the job supporting my legs, thighs, & stomach. They hold everything in. I actually felt skinnier! I wore them under a tunic top as leggings & they looked cute. Sizing is correct. I also wore them in the summer heat & didn't get too warm. They are a bit of a nuisance to get on & off, but that's common for support pants. I love them & would have given them 5 stars except I found a rip along a seam after only 3 times wearing them. I sewed it up. I only hope I wasn't walking around with that hole near my backside where others could see it before I noticed it. Maybe the company shouldn't make the pants with so many seams to look trendy. That just creates more weak spots.

Works well for larger people
I was recommended these from my vein specialist. They accommodate very large sizes. I found that after a week of wearing them the discoloration and size of my leg went away. They are also comfortable after you get use to the feeling of the snug leggings.

Brand New Leggings With Noxious Chemical Smell
I thoroughly washed these leggings three times since receiving them. I cannot get rid of the horrendous chemical smell that they came with. Furthermore any other items that were in the washer/dryer along with them became polluted with this noxious poisonous chemical smell. This has happened with a few other fabric items I just recently purchased. Did these get splashed or sprayed with poison before they were sent out?? The abysmal smells stunk out my whole home!

Thin, easy to damage, not worth price!
These compression leggings are incredibly thin! If you put these on without gloves (which is what the instructions recommend) you are guaranteed to get a tiny hole that will stretch with time. These are so thin between the waffle texture that even rough skin could damage it so be careful when stretching the fabric and putting them on.Once on, it's the environment you have to be extra careful about. If anything pokes between the waffle texture, you could easily get a small puncture hole that stretches. I have 2 tiny tots and these leggings give me serious anxiety- I have tiny hands grasping me all the time not to mention legos, figures, all kinds of toys that I get poke with or sit on all day long so these seem impractical for my life.Next, washing. Any compression garment should be washed cold, delicate cycle and hung up to dry, never put in the dryer. So the average person who wears these everyday would need 1-2 pairs a day. I just think that this fabric is not practical or trustworthy for regular daily use. And the price of $60+ per pair for questionable long-term quality has me recommending not purchasing these. Now if your life includes just sitting in a soft padded chair and you were lucky enough to be born without fingernails, sure these may work for you. The waffle texture feels nice and the compression strength feels okay for POTS and dizziness but I can't speak for any other medical need, pain, or necessity of the leggings.
