Fisher-Price Little People Nativity Advent Calendar [Amazon Exclusive]

My daughter (3) is loving opening this every day, only downside is ours didn't have the fold out barn/playset thing. It was in a brown box very tightly fit over the calendar box but nothing like the fold out scene was included so I'm really bummed about that honestly. The pieces so far are great though, and she's been enjoying learning and playing with Mary and Joseph (and now the donkey with the cart she's taking Mary and Joseph for rides now).TLDR, its awesome, just really bummed ours didn't have the fold down play area for these, and I dunno if it was just a fluke or if this is with recent ones.

My toddler loved getting her surprise every morning. She played with the set as it grew every single day.

I love the little people sets for my granddaughter. I got this specifically for Christmas and I am looking forward to using it. The set is huge! This is an addition to my first review. This is our second year in using this set. Our granddaughter was 1 last year and we didn’t think that she would remember this set, but when I pulled it out and she saw the box, she did her happy dance. She remembers it! We numbered the bottom of each piece last year as we used it because we decided that it was so cute that we wanted to make it a holiday tradition. We plan on using it for as long as it will last. And then we will probably tape the box together and use it for awhile longer. I have a couple of my daughters friends who are having children in the next year or so and they have already asked if we would be willing to pass it on to them. It’s something I will really have to think about. It was well worth the money to me. I am sorry to hear about others whose boxes were ruined. Mine came packaged in another box, so we were still able to use it. But as one reviewer said, you can always repackage the pieces in another way and buy a crèche from Hobby Lobby or Michaels and still use it.

I gave out two of these, one to my granddaughter and one to my churches preschool! They both loved them and my daughter went on line and found the stable that went with it. My preschool used the stable that the box itself turned into, they both were great. Great for toddlers.

I planned to buy the nativity little people for my daughter and when I saw the collection I thought what a great deal! It comes with so many different animals and people from the Christmas story. The only thing is I wish it would have the actually little people nativity barn. The product is well made and super fun!

I bought a "deluxe" set that was an Amazon exclusive. There was the adevent calendar which we're still opening and then the add on had all the items pictured already opened. The biggest let down was the first 9 or so days in the advent calendar were all duplicates to the set that came with it (an angel, Mary, Joseph, donkey, cart, cart contents, sheep). Outside of the duplicates the set is adorable. The stable just plays Away in the Manger. Overall would highly recommend the advent calendar but wish the 'deluxe' kit didn't have duplicates.

My grandson was SO ecstatic every single day that he got to open this. He love little people and the size of this calendar…it was almost bigger than him! Very well worth the cost because of his happiness…but you can buy the same nativity scene for far less…it just costs more because of the advent calendar box it comes in. It should come with the actual barn/stable….still worth it because he was so happy

This is so cute.I was looking for a Fisher Price Nativity set that included shepherds. The Nativity with musical stable set that you can find other places, from fisher price, contains the wise men and no shepherds. If you know your Bible, that seemed a bit weird to me. So I was hopeful when I found this. Wasn't looking for a technical advent calendar, just something that my kids could interact with as I tell the Christmas story every year. But the cardboard stable/calendar is put together better than I expected, each item has its own n box, and it's all larger than I expected. All positives in my opinion. However, my plan is to continue looking for just the musical stable, some more shepherds and angels. I mean, the addition of a dog and cat is a bit of a stretch for me if I'm sticking to the actual Biblical account.

We ordered this last minute for our 8 month old to count down to Christmas and it was perfect! She loved the little people and it was a great way to count down. They will stay with our Christmas stuff for next year. Highly recommend for any little.

My toddler loves little people and getting to see him open one a night was awesome! Its a little expensive but in my opinion worth it. I had so many people asking about it. Great advent!

Good price and good product

This is an expensive item that probably wouldn’t have been purchased if it wasn’t on sale (slightly) for Black Friday. But I must say it really made Christmas that much more magical for my toddler, the excitement of seeing who she was going to get everyday was priceless and she was so excited and engaged with all the people or animals she opened. Her grandfather even made a wooden manger to keep her little people in on Xmas morning and we plan on keeping the advent calendar box for her to reopen at least one more year. If you’re debating this purchase, you won’t regret it!!
