Cable Matters 3.5mm 1/8 Inch TRS to 2 XLR Cable 6 ft, Male to Female Aux to Dual XLR Breakout Cable

I'm using this to feed audio from our mixer to an ATEM Mini. Other reviewers indicate the wiring is not the best solution for a balanced to unbalanced connection, however I haven't had any issues.

In my school, I have a sound board and powered speakers, but we added a new sound system into the gym that has a 1/8” input. This works perfectly to connect the two! The cable quality has worked well in a gym full of kids.

Converted two channels of incoming balanced line level audio on XLR cables to two channels of unbalanced audio on a stereo mini plug. Exactly what I needed to get the house audio mix at an event into my mirrorless camera. This cable DOES NOT reduce line level to mic level. My camera can accept line level stereo mini input. So be aware of this and don’t buy this cable for that purpose.

Hefty wired cable, solid feeling plugs. Looks to be well made, and has performed flawlessly. This was a good purchase for a home studio.

Currently using it to connect a bass amp's stereo XLR line out to some speakers that only accept 1/8" TRS. Works well for this purpose. The cable itself seems decently flexible and durable. You can split the two XLR ends apart if needed, but be careful not to do this accidentally since you can't put them back together.

This is a high-quality professional-grade cable that has served its intended purpose well. It is made using a heavy-gauge flexible zipcord that allows you to separate the XLR connectors as far apart as needed. I like the feel and heft of the cable. The connectors are high-quality and they even used shrink-tube protection on the solder joints where possible. I like how the breakout XLR connectors are well marked and labeled, and they even put a gasket on the locking mechanism allowing for a very tight seal at the connection point. I needed a good cable for a connection between a sound mixer and a computer, and something that wouldn't dent the wallet too much. Note that these are female XLR connectors which are needed for output from a mixer or other device to a 3.5mm male input. All considered, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great quality delivered quickly. It works fine for what I needed it for (Valeton effects unit into Yamaha amp auxiliary socket) and should last for a long time.
